Good afternoon !! Now that the craziness of the holiday season has passed, we would like to take a moment to shout out our incredible General Manager and Director of Sales Kimberly Jackson!!!

Last month, she reached a HUGE milestone with the company of serving us and our amazing clients for the past 10 years!!!🤩 Kimberly is our rock; she keeps us sane when everything around us is going crazy and she is always dedicated to going above and beyond, not only for our clients but for our CHEF360 family!!

Thank you Kimberly for the years of giving CHEF360 your time, your heart, and your passion for the hospitality industry. We are so thankful that you are apart of this crazy family and that you are our astounding leader!!

You are the embodiment of what CHEF360 Catering is all about: putting others before ourselves, taking care of everyone around you, and always being there when someone needs ANYTHING!! Wishing all of our a very happy new year! 2024 had its peaks and valleys, for sure, but one thing that never changes is our appreciation for those of you who have supported CHEF360 throughout the year. Whether by booking a catering, sharing a post, or leaving a review, we could not do any of the things we do so well without our community standing with us.

We have exciting things in the pipeline for 2025, and we hope to see you all on the journey.

60 years ago today, a child was born. This child would grow into a man with a deep love of food, hospitality, people, and community. Throughout that growth, this man would travel the world, learning new ways to combine all of his loves into a hospitality career spanning 5 decades. This man would win awards, accolades, and recognition, yet he never lost his humility, humanity, or his desire to make everyone feel welcome at his table.
In 2007, Chef Peter Collins combined all of his loves into the force now known as CHEF360 Catering. In the almost 18 years since, Chef and his company have seen recessions, pandemics, natural disasters, personal losses, and more, yet his focus never waivered from wanting to offer the finest, warmest hospitality so that every client felt they were in his home kitchen.
I (Kimberly) was fortunate enough, ten years ago this month, to join this man as he continued to make his mark with CHEF360 Catering. This man, and this company, focused on the people we serve, the community of which we are a part, and the endless possibilities with food. Chef taught me that if we are people-driven instead of dollar-driven, the rest takes care of itself.
Chef never does anything half-way, and he's a jump first, look down later kind of man. This permeates every aspect of CHEF360 Catering, as taking risk and "let's try this!" are the norm.
