November first feels like the perfect day to share one of my all-time favorite bouquets from the past 18 years of weddings. Brynna came to me with a color palette I’d never worked with before, and I was instantly enchanted. She trusted me completely to bring her vision to life, and that kind of creative freedom is where the real magic blooms. My design style is rooted in creating romantic, lush hand-tied bouquets with unique details—and this one captured everything I love about fall: rich, moody, and full of warmth. I’m still in awe of this couple and how beautifully every detail came together.

This wedding was the perfect one to end on. I’ve been working with Randi for over a year to bring her vision to life. During our consult, she said, “We’re kind of nerdy and want to include our favorite movies in the centerpieces.” I told her, “That’s not nerdy—it’s what makes you, YOU.”

Who could have predicted that we would get one weekend in June of 90* temps and the following weekend would be a literal down pour of rain? Being able to pivot for weddings is key to having a successful event when things change unexpectedly. And believe me. They do. I’ve been in the wedding business for 17 years and there is always something that comes up. The difference breaker or maker is having a great vendor or family team to support you. Samantha and Matthew had just that. For them, the rain just added a little extra sparkle to their day. ✨☔️

Taking on design details for wedding flowers can sometimes be intimidating when you don’t have a traditional formal consultation (or sometimes even meet your bride face to face). After sending Lisa sneak peek pictures the day before her elopement she was overjoyed with praises and my heart was filled with gratitude for her trusting me. The PNW is a beautiful backdrop for any wedding, but the cherry on top were all the personal touches that this lovely couple added to their celebration. I spent the first five years of my career focusing on big weddings. I’m detail oriented, I love big events, and the overall impact that floral can have in big wedding flowers verses a smaller event can be huge. That being said… I started taking on elopements more regularly about 5 years ago and they hold a very special place in my heart. There’s something entirely unique about an elopement. The little details aren’t deal breakers and couples are game to leave the overall picture up to some trusted professionals. When you have wedding professionals who are dedicated to bringing your vision to life, there is no event (big or small) that won’t feel like an authentic representation of you. Hannah’s photography speaks for itself. She is a phenomenal artist in her own right.
