As I'm cleaning, preparing for our next event, I can't help being grateful and thinking how incredibly lucky I am. I get to provide a place for memories. For laughter and music and gathering and love. In a time when we are, more than ever, recognizing the human need for togetherness, I am filled with joy knowing I can have a small part in giving people this gift.
This photo shows an empty event space but if you look closely you can see the smiles in the knots of the wood left by decades of happy guests. Come visit us and listen closely, you can hear the laughter of years of children, including my own, running between the tables while colorful balloons and streamers dance over their heads. You can hear the contented awws of families watching their loved ones have their first dance as man and wife, stifled snifs of grandparents holding back tears of joy as they see 3 generations of family gathered in the same room.
These old walls hold the history of family, of community, and of love. I thank everyone who has passed through these doors for keeping this place going and for letting me share in your joy.

We've got big things in the works! We're updating our technology. Round out your event using our multimedia projector with a 4 foot by 8 foot screen and full house audio system. You can now share photo slideshows or videos of your loved ones, display presentations for conferences, or whatever other multimedia needs you may have.

Hey y'all! I just got off the phone with the Georgia Department of Public Health regarding our guidelines for a safe reopening. I just wanted to let everyone know that we are excited to start booking your events for indoor parties of 25 or fewer guests and outdoor parties of 100 or fewer guests starting Monday, June 1st.
If you are looking for a venue that can accommodate social distancing, this is the perfect place. With an indoor occupancy capacity of over 350 people, we can easily host your parties of 25 or less with social distancing and room to spare. We also have several acres of outdoor space ready for your sunshine events.
We will be sanitizing the facility before and after every event and I will be doing employee temperature checks and wearing a mask for all in-person client interactions.
We're ready for your call, text, facebook message, or email. We look forward to once again being the place you chose to make memories. Stay safe!

Math Fields Event Center is under new ownership! Located at 3616 Fayetteville Road, Griffin, Math Fields has been an institution in the community for decades. Under the new ownership, we are looking to expand on what guests have always loved about Math Fields and improve in areas that will make your event more enjoyable and memorable. If you've ever been to an event at Math Fields Event Center, we invite you to share your experience, photos, and suggestions.
