Yeah I’ve got the Cadillac of smokers , my stump stretch smoker that I use religiously but this right here is where it all started, my brick pit I built years ago . You ain’t a pit master until you master running an ol time brick pit . And hey, I can run this ol girl steady as a Tom Petty track. And lord she puts out some of the best bbq I’ve ever had . Getting her ready for spring amd summer bbq.
