Hey there, beautiful!

I’m Devon!

First and foremost a proud mama to a wonderful little girl named Evie and avid wedding lover.

A couple small trivia facts about me: I love crystals, coffee, and all things golden! I am probably one of the biggest “Friends” fans you’ll ever meet, & same goes for “The Office.” I love anything dark chocolate, & salted caramel. I love to travel & can't wait to get back to Arizona soon!

I like to think that all of my previous jobs starting when I was 16 have helped me turn into the self proclaimed wedding connoisseur that I am today... No, I'm not actually a certified connoisseur, but I have been involved in the business for 14 years! My first job was selling flowers, my second was selling engagement rings, and then I started getting into catering coordinating and design. I have dipped and dabbled in wedding day makeup and worked briefly at a bridal salon selling gowns. I’ve learned fine dining etiquette, about fancy champagnes and wine, and I’ve served bachelorette parties on a weekly basis. I would say my knowledge when it comes to weddings is very well rounded. It’s funny, because through all this time ,and all of these misc. jobs, I didn't realize that I was getting myself perfectly prepped to serve a bride-to-be better than anyone else I know could.

Through all of these jobs, I always had kept art and design as something very near and dear to my heart.

I first started getting into photography when I was working at a high-end steak house at Foxwoods Casino when they asked me to run their social media department. As time has gone on, I've realized that my passion, quite clearly, lies in weddings. I have recently become very involved in wedding and event design, running an online business selling custom wedding decor, conducting styled shoots for local wedding vendors, and most recently landing the position as the Day- Of Wedding Coordinator for an exclusive destination wedding on Block Island.

I love all things weddings - the colors, textures, sparkles, lights, music and most importantly, the love! It is so incredibly important to have a photographer that you trust to capture the details and the love on your wedding day. It goes by in the blink of an eye and the only thing you have to look back on is your photos!

I believe wedding design and photography go hand-in-hand. You have to have a passion for it, a keen eye for design & detail, and most importantly, authenticity! You can't be afraid to try new things! I’m not afraid to get a little dirty for the right shot!

Photography and design is something that I truly love, and when you love what you do, you never work a day in your life!
