Over The Top Event Planning is an event planning company dedicated to bringing you the best in quality and design. We’ve been in the business since 2013 which began with personal events for family and friends. Two years later, we’ve decided to step out on faith and make our dream a reality! It started with Vivian’s planning for her God son’s baby shower while serving as a Program Assistant in the

local School district. She managed to fulfill the everyday duties of being responsible for a wide range of operational and event activities while managing logistics for various event’s. Vivian believes there’s an art to fulfilling a passion… everything is handled with personal initiative and pride while possessing great communication, organizational and time management skills in effort to take care of the client from start to finish and ultimately see them at their happiest moments. From there it was a close friend’s bridal shower, assistance with the wedding, baby showers for close friends, church events and countless birthday parties for family and friends. Leave the stress and worry to us, we'll handle the footwork!
