A Note From The Owner:
Hi, my name is Anthony Salas, Jr. I am the owner/operator of Epic Entertainment. I am a second generation mobile disc jockey and have been DJing since 1994. I was first exposed to life as a DJ when I was small kid and my dad would take me to events with him and "allow" me to lump gear for him. I was able to see him work all sorts of events including: weddings, dances, bar/bat mitzvahs, company parties, church dances and more events than I could ever remember individually. In 1994, my dad bought me my first DJ set up and I started doing small events and school dances. I did my first wedding in 1996 and never looked back! Since then, I have owned a multi-op DJ company in the Central Valley, worked for one of the top DJ companies on the Central Coast and now run Epic Entertainment. I have also been playing guitar since the age of 15 and have been playing in bands since then. I have played in everything from rock, heavy metal, punk, cover bands, and acoustic bands. Having been exposed to and participating is music from such a young age, I have gained an amazing knowledge and appreciation for music of all styles and genres. On any given day my ipod playlist will include things such as Aerosmith, Gipsy Kings, Bill Withers, Charley Pride, Foo Fighters, Mana, Snoop Dogg, John Mayer, and about a zillion others! This obviously dovetails very nicely with a career as a DJ. Aside from that my stage presence while playing in bands has given me the ability to work and function well in front of an audience.
