There is no one-size-fits-all approach to stress and feelings of anxiousness. I tell clients you don't have to "find a thing" you can MAKE YOUR OWN WAY. Try a little of this and al little of that. You're on the right path as long as you're trying.
Therapy isn't just trauma and crisis...sometimes it's positive regard, brainstorming, and the best way to practice self-care.
