We are currently seeking event crew members to join our team. This job involves following a schedule and proper procedures to safely and efficiently load, deliver, set up, and break down rental equipment for events of all kinds. The equipment list includes tents, tables, linens, chairs, dance floors, staging, lighting, heating, cooling, etc. The ideal candidate will be a self motivated individual with an eye for detail and exceptional customer service skills.

Position Responsibilities:

1. Find joy in working towards the client’s overall satisfaction
2. Ability to work well both independently and with the team
3. Great communication with management
4. Load, unload, and drive company trucks with accuracy and care
5. Maintain, clean, and organize rental inventory and equipment
6. Construct and break down tents and other event rental items
7. Perform other duties as requested

Requirements:

1. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds with a full range of motion and dexterity
2. Must have a valid driver’s license
3. Must maintain a professional personal appearance
4. Must work well in a team environment
5. Must maintain an acceptable attendance record
6. Must be able to work outside in all weather conditions
