We are a mobile licensed catering company serving the Southeast offering Crawfish, Shrimp & Crab Boil Catering. Our equipment allows us to boil 2,000 lbs/hr, so we can handle any size boil requested. We would charge per head or by the pound depending on the price of the seafood as that fluctuates, which ever is the best deal for the client at that time. With our boils the price will include the se

afood boiled plus any trimmings requested such as corn, potatoes, sausage, portobello mushrooms, etc. We also provide Smoked Beef Brisket, Whole Suckling Pig, and Catfish Dinners. We have tables that are specifically designed for serving our boils. We can also provide and serve on plates if preferred.
