What an incredible turnout last night was! There was almost NO charcuterie left last night! The menu consisted of: pork tenderloin, ribeye, seasoned veggies, a potato bar, salad bar, and yummy cheesecake bites! We had almost NO leftovers!!! I would like to give a huge shout out to Ms. Jenn and to Scoot! I couldn’t have done it without you two! Thank you Ms. Jenn for being my side kick and helping me learn!!!

What a beautiful table scape that Coastal Wedding Services put together 😍😍 I also threw down in the kitchen, along with Mary Ann Alsobrook Wilkerson! She is an incredible person to work next to! We killed it last Saturday at the Long Beach Yacht Club! Thank you for being next to me and showing me some pointers! ❤️ Charcuterie is becoming one of my favorites to put together! I cannot wait to learn more and become more creative with my boards! Also, serving up some of the most delicious foods to our couples and their guest! Our signature Old Bay Sautéed Shrimp did NOT last!! They were a huge hit! Just waiting on a few more pictures to show our entire display of what we offered! The taco bar was so much fun! ❤️❤️

I absolutely LOVE getting in my new serving dishes!

Makes for a clean and professional look!

New salad bowl to keep the lettuce nice and fresh! Taco holders so our guest don’t make a mess on their fancy attire! And a cooler to keep taco condiments cold!! We don’t have time for funky limes 😝

Absolute amazing evening with Josh and Lea! Thank you Summys Catering Co. for all your hard work yesterday to prepare a fantastic meal for them. Their wedding is coming up in a few months so we had them over for a dinner date to take a step back from regular life and enjoy some tastings of some of the items that will be catered at their wedding, while we planned. It was a success and we look forward to providing this “Date night experience” more for the local couples that choose us for wedding and reception as a token of our appreciation for your business. Alot of our couples won’t get this opportunity as they are from out of state and will be coming in the week of. I love that they can trust us that everything will always be top tier and you don’t have to try this food to trust it’s good! It’s a steal at our prices as well and we know that especially for everything you get with us. We don’t have over 135 5 star Google reviews over the last 4 years for nothing. Took an incredible amount of service and we pride ourselves in always going above and beyond what we were paid to do and are always thankful for every couple that God sends our way. It’s our passion to provide the best full service experience always and everyday we strive to just do more and more and always evolving and growing. I am so excited about a “Date Night” event we have coming up this Saturday for a sweet couple who booked with both Coastal Wedding Services and Summys Catering Co.!

What is Date Night?! Well, we put together a tasting of the couples favorite items from the menu and they get to taste test what they chose! It will all be setup and served just like it will be for their special day! For a small fee, they choose 3 meats, 2 pastas, 2 sides, and 2 desserts!

All they have to do is show up and be ready for a good time! How exciting!!! I can’t wait to share with everyone how we put on this special night for them ❤️❤️

Hey y’all, it’s Summy!! 😍😘

I just wanted to drop in and introduce myself! My name is Summer, I have lived on the coast my entire life. I am a wife and a stay at home mom to our 3 beautiful children. Growing up, I was always so curious about being in the kitchen, especially with my dad (he’s a great cook). But the older I got, I didn’t have an interest in really learning because I was so afraid of seasoning! 🥴 BUT now my saying is, “If you ain’t sneezing, you ain’t seasoning” 😝 I love cooking for my family and I am so ready to serve the gulf coast! Cooking is my happy zone and I absolutely love to do it! Especially when my husband and kiddos tell me just how yummy it is. 😍
