We never post our struggles but we believe today is day!

From Chef Luis’ catering axel going out heading to final event tonight!

To dropping off our kiddos and grandmother thinks diesel is leaking from truck, but we soon realize it was a gas can in back of the truck tipped over.

To getting food trailer to another event and not having hitch lock key so a friend JR landscaping grinds it off to tow trailer for us while Luis is stuck in Louisiana.

Then home with food trailer and find it has a flat tire.

When everything seems to go wrong and you drop everything promised to your children and then decide, pay a tow truck and honor the promise…

Makes the entire day worth everything and all the issues do not stop us! Fixing them and getting back up is what matters most!

And being a small business and finding the best time for our children we brought in this world makes it all worth it.

So here we are at 12:30am doing a fire with our son that we promised and nothing else matters!
