Thank you to AAUW Preschool for letting us come back again for the Fall Festival! We met amazing people, enjoyed all the costumes, and had AMAZING weather! We completely sold out! Thank you to everyone!

Good morning everyone! I hope everyone had a fantastic weekend! Low temperatures are here. So get your sweaters out. What goes well with cold weather season TUBBY’S BBQ!
This weekend we will be at AAUW Preschool Fall Festival! So come on down get yourself and your family some brisket sliders, pulled pork sliders, some baked beans, or some chili to warm up your body. Event starts at 2pm and ends at 5pm on Saturday Oct 19th.

Thank you to The 1908 for letting us join the Vintage Hop Shop event! We saw familiar faces and new people. People raved about the food especially the chili and brisket. We also couldn’t help ourselves from picking up some things for our house.

The time is here! Come down to The 1908 to get some of our delicious bbq food. We will be there at 11am until 5pm.

Don’t forget to get some antiques for your house and loved ones. With fall being here, they have extremely warm blankets and candles that fill up your whole house!

Just 6 days away from our pop up at The 1908!

We will have our brisket sliders, our pulled pork sliders, smoked brisket chili, and our Mexican street. You can’t forget our bbq sauces ( the original, spicy, vinegar, and white sauce). The bbq sauces will also be sold there. There will be a limited quantity so get them early or preorder them!

Don’t forget 1908 will also have a raffle going on. They have amazing things for your house or gifts.

Guess what is back on the menu? Tubby’s brisket chili! Smoked brisket and chili mixed together to make your stomach rubble and your mouth water! You know with this cold weather coming soon you will want a bowl of it (or 2).

You can definitely get a cup of it next week (Saturday Oct 5) at The 1908 for our pop up event. So come down get yourself some brisket and pulled pork sliders and then top it off with a cup of brisket chili! Then go inside and buy some fall stuff for your house or get yourself some unique antiques! Not mention get a raffle ticket for their giveaway.

And here they are…smoked shotgun shells. You can’t just eat one. You have to go for seconds and thirds. This will definitely make it on the menu

Here at Tubby’s we love to experiment with different rubs, seasoning, methods, and different recipes before we share it with you. We want to give you an adventure when you are eating our food.
With that said we are making shotgun shells. These will be awesome finger food before you bring out Tubby’s brisket! Stay tune until tomorrow to see how they come out

Good morning everyone! Happy Monday, I know most of us can’t wait until Friday, because Tubby’s will be making our deliteful plates!

We will have our juicy brisket sliders, some of our meaty ribs, our addicting cream corn, and our delicious baked beans! All for $12! Must place orders by 6pm on 09/26.

For delivery you must order 3 plates and live near the Gurnee area. You are more than welcome to pick it up as well. Delivery will start around 4pm if you need it sooner let us know. See you Friday!

Good morning everyone! We have been away for a while and we apologize. We had a couple events that took us away from our normal routine.

But good news Tubby’s is entering a rib competition in a couple of weeks. At the North Ave Tap Rib Cook off in Waukegan. Come out and try our new rib recipe. Then we will have a pop up event at 1908 Antiques in Grayslake on October 5th. The menu will be coming soon for that.

If you want us to cater for your events whether it’s a birthday party, just because party, even a wedding (we have done 2 this far this year!) or you just want an amazing bbq dinner let us know.

We will be doing plates soon!

It’s has been a while, but the flavor hasn’t changed! This Friday (7/19) we will serving our juicy brisket sliders and with our flavorful pulled pork. Can’t forget the sides we will have our delicious Cole slaw and our amazing cream corn. All of this for $12!

- Must place orders by 7/18

Hey Tulsa! Tubby’s BBQ will be in town next week! We are taking orders for our delicious BBQ SAUCE! We have regular, spicy, vinegar, and white bbq sauce. Start placing your orders now, so you can enjoy our bbq sauce with your food on the Fourth of July weekend! Each bottle is $7!
