This SATURDAY we will be doing plates! What’s on the menu you ask? 2 juicy brisket sliders, 2 meaty ribs, some brisket chili, and cream corn! All of this for $13!
MUST place orders no later than 3pm Friday. For delivery you must place an order of 3 or more plates and live near the Gurnee area. You can also pick up your order. Delivery will start at noon.

We apologize that we have been away from our weekend plates. We had several events that took us away from the weekend. In addition, we have been experimenting with other items.

With that said we added a new item to our menu…some cowboy candy. Something sweet and spicy. Add this to our brisket, pulled pork, and all of our other meats.

We are half way through the week and that means you half way to getting some amazing bbq in the Southside of Chicago! Swing by and get yourself a plate for Saturday and another plate for the following day!

Don’t forget to pre-order yourself bbq sauce. We have our regular, spicy, vinegar, and white sauce each one for $7. It’s pairs nicely with just about any bbq food. You can even put it on your fries and pizza.

Tubby’s will be doing a pop up event in the SouthSide of Chicago! We will be at Vlado’s Bar on July 12th for their annual summer event. Event starts at 11am and we will be there until we sell out. Come get yourself a brisket slider, pulled pork slider, some esquites, or take home a bbq sauce.

I think it’s safe to say it’s summer time. That means you will be smelling a lot of flowers and a lot of Tubby’s BBQ!

This Saturday we will be serving 2 juicy brisket sliders, 2 meaty ribs, some Mexican street corn, and some coleslaw! All for $12! You have to pair your meal with dessert. We will also be offering banana pudding and key lime pie for an additional $3!

For delivery you must place an order for 3 plates and live near the Gurnee area. You can also pick up your order. Delivery will start at noon. Orders must be place by 6pm Friday. So, start placing your orders! See you Saturday!
