Good morning everyone. So with this cold weather I’m sure some Tubby’s BBQ will warm you up.

This week we will be doing our plate orders, which will include our delicious brisket sliders, our meaty ribs, our heart warming chili, and some cheesy mac-n-cheese! All of this for $12!

We apologize for the late post, but you can place orders by 9pm Thursday. For delivery you must order 3 plates and live near the Gurnee area. Or you can pick them up as well.

Brrr it’s getting chilly! The holiday season and festivities are in full gear now. Buying presents, hanging out with friends and family, and eating.

You know what’s around the corner? Thanksgiving! I can already picture it, family coming over your house, kids running around, turkey bowl in your backyard, and of course the food!
You have to wake up early and prepare the food. Plan it out with your family and friends to see who is bringing what.
Let Tubby’s BBQ help you out! Instead of the fried turkey why not get smoked turkey. Or better yet a nice piece of brisket, with a nice slab of ribs. Or any of our sides. Let’s break old traditions and create new ones. Let us know what you want and we can create a menu for you and your family!

Thank you to AAUW Preschool for letting us come back again for the Fall Festival! We met amazing people, enjoyed all the costumes, and had AMAZING weather! We completely sold out! Thank you to everyone!

Good morning everyone! I hope everyone had a fantastic weekend! Low temperatures are here. So get your sweaters out. What goes well with cold weather season TUBBY’S BBQ!
This weekend we will be at AAUW Preschool Fall Festival! So come on down get yourself and your family some brisket sliders, pulled pork sliders, some baked beans, or some chili to warm up your body. Event starts at 2pm and ends at 5pm on Saturday Oct 19th.

Thank you to The 1908 for letting us join the Vintage Hop Shop event! We saw familiar faces and new people. People raved about the food especially the chili and brisket. We also couldn’t help ourselves from picking up some things for our house.

Just 6 days away from our pop up at The 1908!

We will have our brisket sliders, our pulled pork sliders, smoked brisket chili, and our Mexican street. You can’t forget our bbq sauces ( the original, spicy, vinegar, and white sauce). The bbq sauces will also be sold there. There will be a limited quantity so get them early or preorder them!

Don’t forget 1908 will also have a raffle going on. They have amazing things for your house or gifts.

Guess what is back on the menu? Tubby’s brisket chili! Smoked brisket and chili mixed together to make your stomach rubble and your mouth water! You know with this cold weather coming soon you will want a bowl of it (or 2).

You can definitely get a cup of it next week (Saturday Oct 5) at The 1908 for our pop up event. So come down get yourself some brisket and pulled pork sliders and then top it off with a cup of brisket chili! Then go inside and buy some fall stuff for your house or get yourself some unique antiques! Not mention get a raffle ticket for their giveaway.
