Facts About The Kiwi Fruit! 🥝
Kiwis are small fruits that pack a lot of flavor and plenty of health benefits. Their green flesh is sweet and tangy. It’s also full of nutrients like vitamin C, vitamin K, vitamin E, folate, and potassium. They also have a lot of antioxidants and are a good source of fiber. Their small black seeds are edible, as is the fuzzy brown peel, though many prefer to peel the kiwi before eating it.

Families that play together, have fun together – and get in shape in the process. The most cherished memories in life are of doing what you love together with who you love.

We often hear about the benefits of exercise in terms of extending your life, but just as important is the quality of that time exercise can provide (for children of all ages) as a special activity families can do together. Without stress, without pressure, without expectations of anything but getting together to move around and have some fun.
