This Wednesday! 8/16 at the Lake Luzerne Food Trucks and Music 5-8pm we'll be serving up a LIMITED number of our famous Armadillo Eggs. Why limited? Well it's hard to find Armadillos native to NY. 🤣
What is an Armadillo Egg??? We start by hollowing out a jalapeño so there's room for us to stuff it full of cheese and deliciousness. After that we wrap it in our favorite sausage and then it goes on the smoker to absorb even more flavor and to finish it off, we give it a shiny glaze with a savory BBQ sauce. 🤤
But isn't a Jalapeño SPICY 🥵??? Don't worry, we've taken out all the seeds so it's not nearly as spicy as a regular jalapeño. Some even say it's not spicy at all.
