High flying birds, lots of shooting, long dog retrieves, conversation from the shooting blinds with friends, good food, cold drinks, panoramic views of the western Maryland hillside, what’s not to love! It is a unique shooting event in itself! Take a shot!!!

Some may never understand what it’s like watching bird dogs do what they are hardwired to do, hunting upland birds. I can only describe it as art or poetry in motion on God’s canvas. It is how the game is played, measured by wins, losses, and errors. For those who’ve never tried it or done it, I can only tell you that watching the dog go on point is as comparable as watching your favorite player hit a home run at every at bat! Hunt em up!

Do you love nonstop shooting action? It’s showtime! We have openings for a Tower Hunt Wednesday Jan 15, 2025!! Come ready to shoot fast flight free flying pheasants! It’s like duck blind hunting but a whole lot more shooting.

Includes:
-150 pheasants rotating stations
-Breakfast and lunch
-Clay birds
-Cleaning and packaging of birds
-Guide, dogs, full staff support
-Field hunt on lost birds
-Celebratory cigars, bourbon, and beverages during after hunt fellowship.

Cost: $250.00 per shooter

*Hunters responsible for their own ammo and gun(s). All birds split evenly between shooters.

We love birds and all of their beauty, especially the unique colors of pheasants! Originally an Asian species, the ring-necked pheasant was successfully introduced into North America in 1881 and into Iowa about 1900. Iowa's first ring-necks were introduced accidentally when a severe windstorm wrecked the pens of game breeder William Benton of Cedar Falls releasing approximately 2,000 birds.
