in December 2013. I am a recent employee at Publix supermarket working in the bakery department where I will complete my internship and enhance my learning skills as a part-time employee. I completed all three Wilton cake classes in 2011. I will also continue my education and pursue my B.S. in Restaurant & Food Management at Rosen College of Hospitality, UCF. This is my passion and this business is a career that I hope people can enjoy and support.
