INFO ON BOOKING - 2024

Located in Hallettsville Texas
I service Hallettsville, Yoakum, Shiner, Cuero, Columbus, Edna Schulenburg, limited Victoria area.

I take venmo, paypal, checks and cash.

Donations- message me details as I only do a few a year and usually not on weekends.

Booking- All bookings will require a date and setup time, and location/venue. Time allowed to set up and take down is crucial. Some venues only allow a certain time and or time frame to setup so please clarify this at booking. We will need to keep communication open for the best outcome of your event.

Please don't ask me to plan, quote and work on ur event to not give me a courtesy you have chosen another vendor. I understand budgets and maybe your interested in someone else's style or options. It's all good.... just have the courtesy to communicate that! Ghosting is never cool!

Time- Time is very important and being on time is expecting. Some days I my have other bookings and my time is dedicated to those as well. If you want me to do balloons on another vendor’s equipment please make sure that is organized day of event and ready for set when I arrive. Your Event must have a set end time and extended late nights may have an upcharge added.

Deposit - When booking I do require a Non refundable deposit to secure your date. Non refundable deposits, are used to secure your date and buy supplies. These are nonrefundable and non-transforable

Cancellations: I do understand things come up such as emergencies and weather. Deposit is still non refundable and not transferable to a different date.

Outside Events/Weather- Texas weather (HEAT/WIND/RAIN) is Harsh! So it does play a big part in appearance of balloons as they oxidize giving a matte look. Balloons may start to pop in the heat especially dark/chrome colors. Hi shine to balloons is an option and give a gloss look but hi shine will increase risk of popping.

WIND, I will always reccomend the best area that balloons can be secured the best, most likely it will be near a wall area not open area. I am unable to go back to fix a setup due to weather.

RAIN, please monitor the weather the week of your event, I can always do inside setups. Deposit is non refundable and not transferable.

Balloons- I only use high quality professional grade balloons that give a more professional look. I do not use clients balloons.

Payments- Payment must be paid in full a day PRIOR to your event. I will reach out a day prior to your event for payment. If not paid before your event, your event will be canceled unless other arrangements are made.

Messaging- I sometimes do take longer to reply. PLEASE message me on my business page or my personal cell as sometimes my page alerts are not prompt.
