We have been getting a ton of questions so we thought we would answer them here for clarity!

“Why are you closing?”
Cost of goods and supply chain shortages played a big role. As all of you have experienced as well, things that used to cost $1 now cost $3.50. Having to substitute products with more expensive items because we couldn’t get our regular order while trying not to increase prices.

“What are you doing with the equipment, decor & furniture?”
At this time we are not selling or liquidating anything.

“Are you selling the building?”
There are no plans to sell or lease the building or business. We are exploring some fun new concepts so stay tuned!

“What about the coffee truck?”
The future of the coffee truck is undecided but we are not currently accepting new bookings.

“Are you still doing event rentals?”
We do plan to continue with private event rentals and will announce how to book soon!!

“What about your coffee beans?”
We will continue to roast and sell our coffee beans for your home coffee enjoyment through December! We will announce what that looks like soon!

Thank you to everyone who has already come by to say goodbye and share your love for our little cafe with us 🥰

Remember that next week our hours will only be 7am-1pm, with Friday being our last day, and the drive thru will be closed!

It is a bittersweet moment to announce that Fire Cup Coffee will be closing its doors on Friday, September 2nd. Our team and locals survived a pandemic, two ice storms, inflation and even supply chain shortages with us! Serving our community has been our greatest honor and are forever grateful for your support.

We are going to miss seeing your smiling faces, so let’s celebrate this one out together! We will have specials and deals all week so come by and say farewell!

For our final week (8/29-9/2) we will be open 7am-1pm for dine-in only; The Drive-Thru will be closed.

Our physical location is being put to rest but that does not mean our family is done with innovating food and beverage concepts forever! We will be back ☺️

We are still blown away by yesterdays record breaking day! The average coffee shop can serve up to 500 people a day and thanks to and his team, yesterday we served an estimated 1,210 customers!!

So thankful to have these amazing custom art pieces in and around the coffee shop as a reminder! Y’all have to come see them in person 🔥

Whole Bean or Ground Coffee?

Coffee’s taste and aroma come from the oil that coats the whole bean. Once the beans are ground up, those essential oils begin evaporating and your coffee starts losing freshness and flavor.

Many say ground coffee is quick & universal in most coffee makers but whole beans are too!

With whole beans it is recommended you grind right as you brew as they hold freshness longer. The market is saturated with electric grinders that can get you ground coffee in seconds and filters that work with any coffee maker - Coffee Pod brewers too!
