From our family to yours, may you have a wonderful Thanksgiving surrounded by loved ones, great fellowship, delicious food, and fun football! (Go Lions!)

We are SO thankful for everyone who has given us a try and to those who keep coming back. We are thankful to the businesses who have invited us back year after year to provide a fun meal for their employees. We are thankful for the hurdles the year has given along with the opportunity to learn from them. We are thankful for our partnerships with Beer City Bread and Clearview Dairy Farm for providing us with the highest standard of excellence in our main ingredients: beef and buns. Lastly, we are thankful to those who have helped us behind the scenes, from babysitters so we can be at an event, those who have helped haul the trailer, and those who have provided kind words when you see us out in public. Here's to us closing out this year and to the hopes of increasing success in 2025!

Thank you to everyone who made it out last night at Tanglewood Winery ... It was rainy and windy but YOU braved it all to join us and because of that we are so very grateful! It was another sold-out evening and we are SO blessed to be a part of this community!!!!! THANK YOU!

Did you wake up today wondering how the Burger Brawl 2024 went last night? ZOMburgers took home the win in both Judges Choice and Community Choice!!! 2x Champs!!!!!! We are so excited to have done this again for a second straight year. None of which would have happened without you guys coming out to try all the competitors burger creations and voting. This win was for all of YOU! A big shout-out to the whole team at Holland Civic Center for putting together a wonderful evening of fellowship, competition, and food! Thank you to Beer City Bread Arnie's Bakery for making one heck of a brioche bun for us, to Clearview Dairy Farm for providing us with the BEST tasting beef, Boar's Head for a great tasting Prosciutto di Parma, and to The Dutch Store for their contribution with Leyden cheese. And a special thank you to those that helped cook, prep, expedite, and serve last night, Kimberly Joy Kyle Redder Jill Redder Curt Redder Mike Redder Ally Zomberg... it would have been chaos without you! Next year we will be back with another burger you've never had before and hope you join us for the fun!
And finally, it was an honor of ours to cook alongside some of the giants in the burger world: RESERVOIR Holland HopCat Hawk's Nest Restaurant and Culinary Dining Services. We hope this isn't the last we see you in the competition scene and hope to give it a go next year!

Burger Brawl 2024 is TODAY!!! Everything comes down to this and we cannot wait for you to experience what we have been working on since last year. If you make it out to Holland Civic Center tonight be sure to take lots of pictures! Jay will be in the food truck cooking so he won't get to see anything until the very end.
