Did someone mention a soft opening? We still intend to host a formal ribbon-cutting ceremony with all the trimmings, but we simply cannot wait. We will be opening our doors tomorrow evening, from 11am-8pm, and look forward to meeting each of you and serving some delicious treats. Hey guys due to snow our plans were pushed back a bit but I did want to update everyone on some fun things!

We PASSED health inspection. I worried for months over that test and having everything done properly and legally.

Original we had hoped to be able to open on Monday but as we are all aware the weather had other plans for everyone!
THUNDERSNOW❄️

I had to text the boss and let them know my car was snowed in and she said to take the day off (it’s me, I’m the boss)

That being said, when we can, I will be open for you guys! As of right now the hours are still being debated but we know for sure we will be open till 8pm.

Our menu will consist of Dirty Sodas, Gourmet Sweet Rolls and Cookies and at lunchtime, we will be serving Deluxe Dogs.

Have you ever wanted to try the world famous NYC style Dog, Sonoran Style Hotdogs that are very popular in Arizona, or just a good Ole Cowboy Dog with Bacon and Chilli Cheese? Well now you will have the chance! We are bringing a little taste of the world to Hamilton and we just can’t wait to share it with you!

Just a little update to keep everyone in the loop! We were hoping to be open in December but with this sickness going around I have not only caught it once, but twice because I was so eager to get things going for you guys but in the end, my customer's health is far more important to me than rushing to open to show off our holiday menu and Christmas decor. Once I recover this time I hope to be able to open and I can't wait to show you guys what we have been working on. It is a start and we have bigger and better plans in mind for the future but I can't wait to share these memories and moments with all of you! Stay safe and well! A huge thank you and shout out to our local Thrift Store for helping me light up the shop with theses outdoor lights! I can’t wait to see them in action soon! If you have the time to swing by when they are open I would! You never know what you might be able to find!

I just wanted to give a huge shoutout to the community for a wonderful tree lighting ceremony and for their amazing support! This was our first go at serving hot chocolate and everyone was so understanding through our struggles and even had repeat customers tonight. One thing I can say is that tonight might have been a rough start but we definitely have the answers to fix any hiccups we had tonight and we will be back for future events ready to go! I don’t think you understand how much your support has really healed me and I will forever be grateful for each and every single one of you! Thank you for a great night and we can’t wait till next year!
