An underdog story...
At 23, I was a young female chef who felt as though my creativity and talent was being suppressed by working for other people, and it was killing me! An amazing opportunity came up at Liberty Farm Market to teach cooking classes. I jumped on it even though public speaking terrified me! I saw this as my opportunity to teach people something I am so passionate about and to really showcase my culinary talent. The people that belonged to the co-op at the market welcomed me with open arms and supported me every step of the way. With the support of them, the communtity ,and my family it made me strive to start my own buisness. So here we are, looking forward to the future and the exciting things to come!
