My staff and customers are truly the best ❤️

Greenhouse broke its sales record last night! All thanks to our lovely customers and my amazing staff! I could not have done it without you all, seriously! The people I have are the best staff I have ever had the privilege of working with in my 10 years in the industry. Being a new restaurant owner, especially taking over an existing restaurant who had an already great owner, is scary. There is so much to live up to in hopes to better yourself, the restaurant, and your staff. Last night really made me feel like I was moving in the right direction and making the best decisions I could. I appreciate all my customers, new and existing, and my staff for holding on and taking this journey with me! Love you all!

It’s almost country music festival time! 🤠 We are so excited to have everyone right outside our front door! We will be operating with a limited food menu but our full cocktail and beer/wine/seltzer list will be available! 🍹🍺🍷Come see us we’ll be open 11am-9pm today and tomorrow! 😍😍😍

It’s official now! I can tell you all what’s been going on! I bought the Lebanon staple Greenhouse Cafe + Bar! I have big plans for this place while maintaining everything Lindsay has built! Lindsay is moving on to her next big adventure but we promise to make her proud. For all loyal customers we do plan on incorporating in the future all your favorites into Greenhouse.❤️

It is so bittersweet to share that we have found a new owner to carry on Greenhouse Cafe! Sam of Grassroots Kitchen (and Lebanon native!) is the perfect chef to carry on the concept, passion and dedication that comes with a place like Greenhouse! Everything will remain the same but continue to grow for the better.

We appreciate all of your support over the years. I am unbelievably grateful for the people and opportunity that Greenhouse brought into my life. We look forward to supporting Sam in continuing the vision and promise that she will do us all proud! 💚

I told myself I was done crying today! Leaving a job where the people there are like family definitely gets you in the feels. I have spent nearly the last 5 years at the market and have become so close with everyone there, they’re my farm family. I started a business and built a business there, which has enabled me to move on to this new opportunity. I will forever be thankful for that place and the people there. Definitely not a goodbye, just a see ya later ❤️

It’s Chef Sam of Grassroots Kitchen’s last day at the market. Her delicious food isn’t what we will miss most. Although we will miss those cheeseburgers, black bean burgers and market tots for sure ha. It’s her love for the market and all the things she has done to help us along the way. Our kids were so excited to use their own money to get food from the truck and she was always so kind to them. Our dog Moo would walk from our house and Sam would spoil her with bacon and an occasional breakfast sandwich;) Sam even took care of our goats on occasion, rallying to get them toys and Christmas trees to eat. She jumped in when we needed her most and we are so very grateful. Her adorable cooking classes and willingness to step in whenever needed will be sorely missed. Can’t wait to hear about her new place and all the great things she will accomplish. It’s not goodbye, it’s see you later;) Thank you for everything. You will always hold a special place in our hearts at Liberty Farm Market. Oxox
