Remembering Mark Haller: The glow of his glass furnace has warmed countless cold hands, the warmth of his heart has warmed countless souls like mine, his glassblowing demonstrations have educated and delighted thousands upon thousands.

Alas his furnace has gone out for the last time. The great glassblower Mark Haller will be missed.

We have been told it’s the best fireworks show in Louisiana. It starts with calm floating of candles. Then the fireworks start, building into spectacular bursts of color and light, the reflection off the lake is an additional view of the fireworks. You are so close you can feel the powerful percussions. Ending with a flurry of bursts and explosions that leaves the lake on fire. Ending to Amazing Grace on bagpipe played by Steven Brownlee. ONLY on the last weekend of the Louisiana Renaissance Festival (Saturday and Sunday after the sun goes down).

Instructions for either: Transferring tickets to another person and how they accept them (recipient). AND, Changing the date of your un-expired ticket (BEFORE the date on ticket)

Transfer 2024 Tickets to another person (sender):
1. The person receiving the transfer clicks the "Claim Transfer" link included in the email notification.
2. They will be directed to your event page,
* DO NOT click the weekend "buy tickets" button.
3. Scroll down to the bottom and select "yes" to "Want to purchase more tickets to a different date". All dates will show. Then expand the weekend in which you are receiving tickets.
4. The tickets will automatically be displayed.
5. The recipient will then proceed to the checkout page, where they can add any additional tickets or merchandise that may be available for purchase.
6. Once the process is completed, the original purchaser will receive a refund for the cost of the tickets they transferred.
You can share these steps with your customers to ensure a smooth ticket transfer process. Let me know if there are any additional details you'd like clarified!
