🌧️Let the skies weep all they want — a true Viking fearsome Viking laughs at a little Louisiana drizzle! We sailed in under gray clouds, cloaks soaked, axes gleaming, and conquered the Louisiana Renaissance Festival anyway. Turkey legs devoured, mead flowing, jousts cheered, and muddy boots stomping to the drum circle like it was a victory march. Rain? That’s just Odin watering the fields for next year’s plunder. Another glorious day of pillaging… I mean, enjoying the faire. Skål!

We are a festival, theme park, theatre, holiday shopping destination, and educational experience, all rolled into one great adventure.

Beginning the first November of every year, and lasting six consecutive weekends, the Louisiana Renaissance Festival creates the English "Village of Albright," with more than 600 artisans, entertainers and educational demonstrators welcoming you to the best parts of the 16th century: fun, clean, safe, and educational.

Albright has a magical ambiance: the atmosphere is adventurous, exciting and romantic. Choose from dozens of Professional Performers, more than 50 shows, and a plethora of demonstrations every day on a dozen stages. Search a hundred booths for unique handmade creations.
