We’re excited to invite you to a special donation-based event Monday evenings at Upstairs Hampstead! This is a unique opportunity to experience the healing arts and connect with your community.

What to Expect:
Meditation
Sound Healing
Reiki
Breathwork
Yoga

Our talented facilitators will guide you through a variety of practices designed to promote relaxation, connection, and well-being. Each evening will feature a different mindfulness modality.

Everyone is Welcome! Whether you’re new to these practices or a seasoned participant, we encourage you to come as you are. This is a space for healing and connection, and we want everyone to feel included.

When: Monday evenings
Time: 6 - 7PM
Where: 17097 US 17, Hampstead, NC 28443, above Pierpan Dental, entrance in back

What to Bring: Yoga Mat or blanket to lay on, blanket, journal. Please dress comfortably.

Contribution: Feel free to donate what you can; no contribution is too small. Bring your friends and family, and let’s create a nurturing space together! We accept cash/Venmo ()

Grab a friend and get crafty this holiday season! Join us for a fun and creative afternoon as Diane teaches you the beautiful art of decoupage. Perfect for making unique, handmade gifts that will be cherished!

What You’ll Create:

Choose Your Project: Make 2 stunning trinket trays (perfect for holding jewelry) or 3 lovely ornaments, all with a fall/winter theme. Note: The trays will be larger than shown in image!

Want to make extra? Additional shells available to make during the craft (Cockle, $8 / Oyster, $6, cash only)

Love the craft? You can purchase take home kits to continue your decoupage craft through the season, all materials included ($22, cash only)

About Meredith: For over 15 years, I have been deeply committed to helping others connect with the unseen world through my gifts as a channeling intuitive medium. My work is rooted in my belief that is energy, and that we are constantly surrounded by energies, guiding and supporting us.

As a practitioner, I draw on my abilities of claircognizance (clear knowing), clairvoyance (clear seeing), and clairsentience (clear feeling) to create a bridge between the physical and spiritual realms. Tuesday Evening! See you with a book and yoga mat, Upstairs!

Read & Restore Silent Book Club and Restorative Yoga meets tonight at 6:30pm at Upstairs Hampstead 📚🧘🏻✨

We begin with some light conversation on our current reads, followed by an hour long restorative practice that allows you to comfortable read your book or Kindle. Feel free to bring earphones to listen to your audio book! All levels and abilities are welcome for this gentle, relaxing practice. Bring a tea cup and yoga mat (I’ll have extras for you to borrow!). Props are provided.
