Checking in since I have had a lot of new followers & couples booked for the coming season.
So Hi, I’m Amanda!!

I am a hopeless romantic who fell in love with helping couples on their big day. After Covid I started helping my SIL assisting in coordinating services slowly working to doing them on my own to branching out and launching my own business.

Along with my love of wedding coordinating I enjoy a nice cup of iced coffee, pink-purple sunsets on summer nights, intricate tattoos and any dog that are willing to receive my love.

So happy to kick off my wedding season next weekend and see all of your beautiful faces 🤍✨

Some wedding trends I plan to see in 2024 & 2025

- Personalized shoes, nothing makes me happier than a pearled pair of hey dudes for the bride to dance the night away in
- Very detailed engagement rings, so many couples are choosing a ring with a little flair and I’m here for it
- Late night snacks, I mean who can say no to a late night grilled cheese after dancing your heart out to “Yeah” by Usher
- Custom hats, to say I love this trend is an understatement. The feathers, the ribbon the custom felt burning, it’s giving a 11/10

The biggest things I love about weddings is that no 2 are exactly the same. A couple and their decision to spend their life together is unique in the way love should be shared. I can’t wait to see more of these trends from my couples and maybe some new ones.

It’s all about the perfect day & the perfect shot 🤍

My role as your coordinator goes beyond creating a timeline or making sure the day runs smoothly, it’s also about supporting your vendors to make the day seamless.

More & more vendors, like photographers, are recommending a coordinator to their couples because of this reason. Helping with getting the perfect shot or prepping them for the next big event to document, it helps them do their job to the best of their ability.

My heart is so full 🤍
The first annual Forever Yours Vendor Fair was so much fun filled with vendor connections, food and just a little bit of rain.

To all the beautiful brides & guests that attended, thank you for spending the rainy Saturday with us, and to the vendors for brightening the day.

To my team that loved and supported me yesterday with set up and in all the planning of this event for the last few months, I couldn’t have done it without you all

Lastly, to Molly and Tracey, the owners of for helping me plan and execute an amazing event for everyone involved. You both have created a stunning venue and all of your hard work & time can be seen in its effortless beauty.
