Happy New Year, Baddies! 🐺😈

It’s January 1st, and we’ve already crushed our first event of 2025. Talk about hitting the ground running! 🤯

Looking back, 2024 was a wild ride. Three years ago, we picked up our first trailer in Ohio, and now? We’ve made incredible friends, served unforgettable food, and tackled some super exciting side projects. (Can you believe it? Neither can we!)

Now, let’s spill some tea on 2025: Chef Ben is kicking off the year with a bang as the Consulting Chef for ! He’s teaming up with New Hampshire’s OG craft brewery to create mouthwatering pairings for their legendary beer lineup. Trust us, you’ll want to taste what he’s cooking over there—go check it out!

Speaking of 2025… our calendar is stacked. We’ve got big plans, bigger events, and a whole lot of deliciousness to serve. That means we need more hands on deck! If you’re ready to join our growing team, send us a DM—we’ve got work waiting for you right now.

✨ Wedding catering review highlight! ✨

“We held our micro wedding on 8/31/24 and chose Big Bad to cater after trying their food at a festival. Chef Ben customized the menu and worked with us every step of the way. The charcuterie was beautiful, entree portions were generous, and our guests couldn’t stop raving about the food—even in the wedding video interviews! I dream of their maple bourbon sauce on the chicken & waffles sandwich. I’d hire Ben 1000% again!”
