Important Policy Update Regarding Bookings and Consultations
To ensure a seamless and professional experience for all clients, I would like to clarify my policies regarding bookings, consultations, and project work.
Please note that I require full payment (unless otherwise specified) and confirmation prior to beginning any services, including planning, consultations, or ordering supplies. This policy helps to protect both your investment and my time.
I understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, and I am always open to communication if adjustments are needed. However, repeated delays in payment or failure to communicate may result in the inability to book future services. If you’ve been referred and already know you want to work with me, we can discuss initial ideas, but no work will begin until compensation is received.
For potential clients, I offer consultations to help determine if I am the right fit for your needs. This is a dedicated time for us to explore your vision and see how we can collaborate. However, please understand that unpaid consultations or requests for free advice, resources, or project drafts will not be accommodated.
