I tried these a couple years ago good taste but did not come together great. I wanted to give them a shot again and nailed it this time. Brisket mac n cheese eggrolls paired with Asian inspired sauce. DELICIOUS!! These will definitely be hitting the menu on the food trailer.

Happy New Year from us at Que-nited!! We appreciate every customer every opportunity we were presented. 2024 was a great year for growth for us. We are looking for 2025 to be even more growth. Thank you to everyone customer who visited the trailer or had us cater an event. The goal for us is to keep getting better, faster and keep bringing smiles to the faces of existing and new customers with great food and great service. Good morning and Happy Saturday Family!! We hope everyone had a great Thanksgiving. We will be back out at Sly Clyde Ciderworks on Saturday December 7th from 1 to 8. If you full of turkey and ham like I am come out and get some BBQ from us and enjoy a delicious cider. We look forward to seeing you.

Congratulations Dakota and Brooke on your marriage today. Thank you for trusting Que-nited with your catering needs. I forgot to take pictures of the cocktail hour but there was pork belly burnt ends, meatballs, vegetable trays and crackers, cheese and salami trays.

We visited the Lumpia & Company for lunch today. The food is amazing and great service as well. Next time you are in Va Beach and looking for some good food with a great atmosphere and service check them out. The traditional and Bacon guoda burger were my favorite. Pancit was Awesome as well.

Good morning family and Happy Sunday!!! I got the opportunity to see the sunrise this am. It's been a min. This is were a lot of time spent walking, praying and thinking at this beach. Life is so chaotic right now and most of it prayed for. With so much stuff going on with Que-nited lately it seems like 3:30 - 4 am is my new time to be up. Over 10 years ago I had a vision for what bbq looked like for me and it is actually happening. If you are passionate about something don't let distraction get in the way. Believe me there have been and still are plenty. It's easy to make excuses when you don't feel like putting in the work. I see a great future for Que-nited and I am thankful for every customer and my crew. Especially my wife and grandkids because this takes time from them. Always believe in yourself and don't give up. Thank you God for every opportunity in every aspect of my life. Hey Chris P and big dog (Jay) it's actually happening.
