The Camper:

This LED clad camper features an open concept of a seamless transition from the master bedroom to the living room wlth the optional privacy of a curtain wall.

The master bedroom has a Queen sized short bed with several pillows and soft blankets for added comfort. It also has a pull down table for in bed dining.

The living room has plenty of walking space with a futon couch that makes a great extra sleeping area. The kitchen area has a two well sink, microwave, fridge and freezer. We include disposable dining wear for the convenience of our guests.

The second bedroom is a bunk style bed that sleeps up to three people comfortably. It features LED accent lighting and soft sheets and blankets for added comfort.

The bathroom is a small quant area big enough for one person. It has shelving for toiletries, shower curtain, sink, toilet and shower.

We've got a BRAND NEW claw machine for our Party Shed at Yoshis Island - Mini Golf and More! The vendors are looking to add more by the end of the month as well! Please continue to support us and we will continue to fight the good fight. The ultimate goal is to allow 24/7 operation with BYOB as our business model intended.

If you would like to show your support please email [email protected] and let them know you want Yoshis Island to be grandfathered in to the ordinance that was in place when we began operation in June 30th, 2024. We have already invested tens of thousands into the facility, we are trying our best to avoid going the legal route to recover our lost investment which benefits lawyers and hurts the Village the most.

I will be at the Village meeting at the Heritage center at 6:30pm to answer any questions about Yoshis Island - Mini Golf and More and address any concerns the community has. I ask if you can make it to either show support or communicate your concerns, that you do so. I think working together with the community to make this venue beneficial to the community as well as an income generating business is the best way forward. In order to do so and in keeping with the constitution and the principles this country was built off of, I need Hampton ordinance to be reverted back to what it was when I purchased and developed the property. Changing ordinance in order to restrict a specific business from operating without any criminal activity or opportunity to align itself with the concerns of the village citizens is unconstitutional and opens the door for significant legal liabilities. The goal is collaboration, not confrontation. Hopefully I'll see many of you soon!

Yoshis Island has TWO MAJOR changes happening this week:

First, we are removing the requirement for an ID scan as a part of our check out process. This is in response to many of our customers that had a negative respond to the need to scan their ID. We are able to satisfy our liability waiver without scanning a Valid ID.

Second, we are opening the course to day pass members 7 days a week! The only exception is when we have a private rental of the entire facility in which we will inform members via email/text as well as indicate the park is private use for that day.

We will have new signs up later this week to reflect these changes!

Here are some of the allegations we've received and would like to address. We understand we are doing things different in an area where people are used to the way things have been done. With the burden of overcoming overhead and to operate this business profitably we have to be creative in our ex*****on. We previously were going to operate this venue at half the cost of membership but with the new recent ordinance change by the village leadership, we had to raise membership fees to adjust for the lose of income we were previously getting from our 2-6am Saturday night events we have been having since October of 2023.

We would love to see the ordinance reverted back to what it was when the business was purchased, what we designed our business plan around and what we've been operating without incident. If we're able to reverse the ordinance we will be able to reduce the cost of membership by approximately 50%.

There will be a village meeting Monday July, 22nd, 2024. We encourage everyone who is in support of as well as those who have concerns about Yoshis Island and how we operate. We would like to dispel rumors, reassure the public and convince the village leadership to reverse the ordinance change and allow us to operate how we have been without incident for nearly a year.
