My heart dog Taylor would have been 15 in April of this year. He left this world last year on October 30,2024 😞
He was a true earth constitution and I feel so blessed for all his spirit has taught me since passing 😍
The earth element is ruled by the spleen and stomach…. And it is key as a pet parent to be in tune with both.
I heard the systems described just like a pot on the stove. The stomach is like the pot. It’s what ferments and breaks everything down. Its job is to get everything activated and moving. The spleen is the tiny valve where everything drips. The food ferments in the stomach and then the spleen purifies it.
Although the stomach likes moisture and warmth, the spleen prefers to be dry.
For my earth element fur babies I always recommend a gently cooked diet that includes spleen organ meats and less bone broth or kefir.
I made the mistake of feeding cool temp raw food with bone broth and kefir everyday to my Taylor, making it a soup. 🫣
