Slingin Sauce Saturday July 27th. We are changing it up this time.
We’re offering pulled pork dinners and smoked chicken dinners, comes with three sides. Rice & hash, homestyle green beans and Mac & cheese.

Dinners are $15 each

Desserts:
Banana pudding-$5ea
Slice of carrot cake-$5ea

Venmo, cash ap, or cash

Dinner’s will be ready for pick up by 2:00 or before.

Our Q is smoked low & slow for hours until it just melts in your hands. We don’t wrap until it’s done and time to rest that way the meat gets full exposure to the sweet smoke.

Pilled high on a potato bun with our spicy vinegar and sweet mustard sauce and of course some bread & butter pickles.

In honor of Nurses Week we are donating lunch to the ER nurses at St Francis Hospital in West Ashley. Pulled pork, coleslaw and Mac and cheese (not pictured). Along with our three sauces. Thank you to my pit master in training Kimberly Capps for helping me. I couldn’t do it without her.

May 11th Slingin Sauce Saturday will be on the Reservoir Hanahan Amphitheater. Come on out and enjoy some great BBQ. We will have new items added to our menu.

There will be live music and craft beers too.

After vending at the Trident Tech car show we still had more BBQ work to do. Set up catering line for 60 people at The Brew In Hanahan. They ordered the works, pulled pork, brisket, chicken, green beans, baked beans, coleslaw, Mac and cheese, and potato salad. We’re tired now. I couldn’t do it without my pit master in training. She got to the location before me and had the chafing dishes set up, I’m impressed.

What a blessed day. We were set up and serving by 10am and sold out before 1pm. Thank you to everyone who came out and supported us. Our crew did awesome, thank you to my pit master in training Kimberly, my server Brenda aka mom, my set up crew Hanna and Allan, and my baby mama Cindy.
