Katrina and Mathew met over 20 years ago, in the days of AOL chat rooms. They started talking through instant message, became friends and eventually met in person. They always stayed in contact, but went their separate ways, until they reconnected and started dating in 2017. When they got engaged, it was a total surprise to Katrina. She thought they were going for a walk with their dog to see the Christmas light display at Whitman town park. Mathew asked both families to be there, and when Katrina saw his sister and nieces and nephews walking toward them, she turned around and Mathew was on one knee! Congratulations Katrina and Mathew!

Melissa and Toby met six years ago through mutual friends, and got engaged last year while on vacation celebrating Melissa's birthday. "We rented a boat and it was just the two of us when Toby proposed," says Melissa. "Simple and sweet." Just like their wedding day, which was a gorgeous celebration. Melissa and Toby love traveling together, trying new restaurants, e-bike rides, and they even know how to make cleaning and organizing fun: "it's all about being together." They were married on an early spring day at Miraval Gardens and it was beautiful. Best wishes, Melissa and Toby.

Jill and Jonah are proof that even in crisis (like a global pandemic) good things happen to good people - they met on a dating app in 2020. They enjoy playing disc golf together, watching basketball (especially the Celtics), cooking and they got engaged while on a hike at Middlesex Fells. Their wedding day was a joyful celebration and they really set the vibe when they came out with an amazing choreographed dance sequence after the more traditional first dance. They even had matching reception sneakers! Best wishes, Jill and Jonah. It may have been bitterly cold at the Lighthouse on the day of your wedding, but your dance floor was smokin' hot!

Noel and Matt have been together for 6 years and met as students at UMass Lowell, after a mutual friend introduced them. They got engaged almost two years ago during a surprise helicopter tour over Boston - Matt proposed in the sky above the seaport, and of course, Noel said "yes"! They are big Star Wars fans and love watching all the movies and TV shows together. They also go to a lot of concerts together and love a long walk after work. While their wedding day may have been a little rainy, it's harder to untie a wet knot! Best wishes, Noel and Matt - may your life together be filled with many sunny days (and not just the weather forecast - but happy memories and fun times!)

Laura and Paul are high school sweethearts who met in algebra class. They did the math and have been dating for over ten years now. Paul asked Laura to Prom one day after class, and the rest is history. They got engaged at the same restaurant where they has their first date after Prom. To throw Laura off of the surprise, Paul planned the dinner as part of a date night where they had tickets to a comedy show he had given Laura as a Christmas present.

They love to play lacrosse together - it's a passion they both share as former college players, go hiking, play card games with friends and spoil their cat. Their wedding day was full of joy and laughter. Best wishes, Laura and Paul.

It may have been a chilly day with snow still on the ground when Stephanie and Nathan tied the knot at Barker House, but it was plenty cozy inside, especially in front of the fireplace where they they said their vows. Thanks to the talented, Katlyn Reilly, for these gorgeous pictures. What a beautiful couple!

If you're looking to find your true love, Brian and Tom recommend a t-rex costume and a tricycle. At least, that's what worked for them, when they met in a college band rehearsal on Halloween six years ago. Brian had been wearing an inflatable t-rex costume to all his classes that day, and for rehearsal, he borrowed a tricycle to make a big entrance. Let's just say it worked - Tom just HAD to talk to him after that, and the rest is history.

Hammond Castle made the perfect backdrop for this couple's winter wedding. I think one of my favorite parts was during the speeches where it was explained about the "chip clip game" they've been playing since early in their relationship. Tom tried to sneak as many chip clips onto Brian without him noticing one day when they were just hanging out. (BTW, we play a similar game at our home with a single clothespin and if you haven't tried this with your loved ones yet, you're missing out!) Somehow - Tom snuck a single chip clip onto Brian's cape during the wedding and didn't reveal it until later on in the night. That pretty much sums up these two fun-loving grooms. They don't take anything too seriously and just want to enjoy life and have fun. Their reception had everyone up smiling and dancing! Best wishes, Tom and Brian! It was an honor to capture your memories.

Doria and Keynes first date happened in Maine. Doria was studying dentistry in Maine, while Keynes lived in Massachusetts. They met online, and knew that they had to setup in-person dates because they just hit it off! The proposal was a complete surprise to Doria, who thought they were enjoying a rare long weekend in Boston together. Keynes had set up a balloon arch and signs in addition to the getaway details, and of course, she said yes!

They enjoy playing basketball, traveling, reading the Bible, dancing, listening to music, going to movies and volunteering together. They were most looking forward to communion at their wedding ceremony, which was really moving. Best wishes for a long and happy life together, Doria and Keynes!
