How I got started
All the Recipes I use to cook these delicious plates originated in Egypt from my Great Grandmother. The Recipes were passed down through the generations to me. It has had the same exotic, authentic, and delicious flavor from one generation to the next. When I moved to the U.S. I brought the recipes with me and started sharing it with friends and family here. It was such a big hit that I thought why not share it with even more people? Thus began my journey by cooking the 1st food Product- The Hot 'n Zesty Spaghetti Sauce/Garlic Flavor, selling it to a numbers of biggest supermarkets and grocery stores in Oregon, such as Kroger store, World Food, etc., Then one product became two products, then three products & so forth. I hope you enjoy eating my Delicious and Authentic food products and plates as much as I enjoy making it.

But here is the real Story behind “” Basha-Hot n’ Zesty Salad Dressing””, how this great recipe got started?: This delicious Salad Dressing Recipe originated in Egypt but without garlic. One day I was preparing a salad dish as usual—a bottle of garlic powder accidentally fell over the salad dish. I was upset and almost threw the whole salad away, but something told me to taste it before throwing it away—WOW, I yelled! I gave my family a bite to try! Since then our salads are always served with our delicious “Hot n’ Zesty Salad Dressing”. I hope you enjoy eating it as much as I enjoy making it!
