Momma’s Turkey Hash.

Turkey
Onion chopped
Potatoes cubed
Water
Salt
Sage

Cook over medium heat til potatoes are tender turn down to simmer.
corn star or flour to thicken

Serve over cornbread, stuffing, etc.
Absolutely divine.
