At Downtown Funzone, the safety and enjoyment of our guests are our top priorities. We are aware of an incident in which a child was reportedly injured on our premises, allegedly involving a another child who is not currently, nor has ever been, in our custody.

We take all incidents seriously and deeply regret that this situation occurred. In response, we offered a sincere apology and extended a gesture of goodwill with a complimentary jump session. Unfortunately, our efforts were met with threats and aggressive behavior. Following the guidance of our legal counsel, due to the actions, threatening, and harassing behavior including false allegations by these individuals we were advised to ban the parent and child involved from our facility. We have also banned the other child as well.

We would like to remind all our guests that attendance at our events, including birthday parties, is subject to the acceptance of a waiver that clearly outlines our rules, terms, and conditions, absolving Downtown Funzone of responsibility for injuries occurring on our premises. We encourage all customers to carefully review these terms to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for everyone.

We are truly sorry for any distress this incident may have caused. Our commitment to safety remains steadfast, and we continue to uphold the rules and precautions designed to minimize risks. Thank you for your understanding and continued support.

TWA Wrestling is coming to Downtown Fun Zone March 7th. Doors open at 6pm. All proceeds goes towards our Community Giveback program. We will have a concession stand, 50/50 Raffle, and chance to win a 1 hour monthly membership. Come out and support for a great cause. Let's pack out the fun zone.
