Lower Paxton Christkindlmarkt is coming to Linglestown this Saturday, December 14th, 2024! The central part of Linglestown Road from round-a-bout to round-a-bout will be closed with over 120 craft vendors, food trucks, Live Nativity, Santa, kids' activities, German Dancers, German singing and more!

Please come inside our Venue to visit with us and all the wonderful Vendors!
Our parent business, Weir Event Rentals, will open our Venue to the public, with warm bathrooms, cozy seating, and tables to relax at. We will also have photo backdrops to take photos at, free slushies for kids when you purchase food from the Linglestown Church of God, and free maps showing the historical information of Linglestown. We will also sell wine barrel tables and showcase our new product, the Sit-Dek.

We are super excited about the Lower Paxton Christkindlmarkt, which will be held on Saturday, December 14th, from 10am to 4pm!

Our main business, Weir Event Rentals, will present our NEW product, Sit-Dek, to the public for the FIRST TIME! Come inside our Venue to see what a Sit-Deck is used for!!!

During the Lower Paxton Christkindlmarkt, Linglestown Road will be closed with craft vendors throughout, including food trucks in Ender's Insurance Parking Lot, Live Nativity, singing, and kid's activities.

Inside our Venue, we will have 9 hand-craft vendors along with soups, bread bowls, walking tacos, and more being served by the Linglestown Church of God. We will also have photo backdrops, free kids slushies when you purchase a food item from the Church, tables and chairs to sit at, and nice warm bathrooms!

The messy tree is down! ADA ramp going in for accessibility into our smaller room, the School House Room (cocktail/lounge room, small ceremony space, small party space, get-ready room).

Looking for 2 more craft or pre-made food Vendor to be within our Venue during the Lower Paxton Christkindlmarkt! Priority will be given to businesses with liability insurance. The Lower Paxton Christkindlmarkt in Linglestown (mainly outside event) is coming up on December 14th which draws in over 8000 guests to our wonderful community.

We are accepting 2 more craft or pre-made food vendor inside our venue, the Linglestown Historic Venue, operated by Weir Event Rentals. We will supply you a 6 x 8 area with 1 - 8ft table, electricity and a warm location in our smaller room, the School House Room, during the Christkindlmarkt to sell your products. Also, you will be able to set-up the day before! Within the venue, we already have 2 food vendors and 6 craft vendors.

We will have tables set up for the public to eat at, along with nice bathrooms and a place to get warm (at no cost to the public coming in to use our venue during this wonderful event)

*Modified Saturday Packages allow Saturday 11am to midnight and Sunday 7am to 9am
*Modified Basic Package - $1200.00
*Modified Supreme Package - $1500.00
*Modified Ultimate Package - $1800.00
We will also allow an Hourly Rate to be reserved for this date at $100 per hour (minimum of 5 hours)
Hourly Rate Timeslot: 11am - 4pm OR 5pm - 10pm
OR anytime with at least 8 hours reserved.

Super EXCITED! We now have a website for only the Venue up and running!

The historic fire hall has been transformed to create a unique and enchanting atmosphere, perfect for celebrating love and new beginnings.

We loved working with the mother of the bride to help transform our Venue into a beautiful vision for her daughter's wedding day! They got our Ultimate Package and added on our ceiling draping. Ivory, Rust color and pops of Blue was lovely!

We split up the St. Thomas Room with draping to make a separate ceremony space from the reception space. Guests came in the exterior doors at the far end of our Venue for the ceremony, exited after the ceremony outside and re-entered into the main entrance where our cocktail / lounge area is located in the School House Room. The groomsmen moved the chairs from the ceremony location to the reception tables, pulled back the center of the draping, and the ceremony location became the dance floor.

With this set-up (ceremony and reception in the St. Thomas Room), we can accommodate up to 120 guests (by not splitting the space, up to 190 guests).
