It is the home of The Civic Club of Harrisburg, a nonprofit dedicated to preserving the history and enhancing the culture of our scenic capital city. Situated on the banks of the scenic Susquehanna River in beautiful downtown Harrisburg is The Civic Club of Harrisburg and it's Overlook Ballroom. With a gracious private garden, dramatic upstairs ballroom, and formal entertaining rooms on the first

floor, Overlook is the premier events venue on the river. With several select catering options as well as mahogany chiavari chairs included in your rental, our event space is a true downtown treasure!
