We're excited to share a sneak peek of this stunning setup at the Linglestown Church of God! Our team delivered our basic 60" Round Tables, 8ft. Banquet Tables, and White Poly Chairs for this gorgeous 40x60 pole tent (a big shout out to our fantastic tent partner! 🎪 Tents & Events). The dimmable lights add the perfect touch of ambiance, ensuring the event will be nothing short of magical.

The tables and chairs are ready to be arranged, and we can't wait to see this space come alive!

🌟 Another successful delivery earlier this week! 🌟

We were thrilled to work with The JDK Group Catering & Events once more and deliver our Beefy Oak Farm Tables, Natural Wood Folding Chairs, 8ft. Banquet tables, 60" Round tables, and various 30" low and high top tables to a happy client. They chose our beautiful farm tables to add a touch of rustic elegance to their event, but we also have simpler basic banquet tables available for a more classic look.

What's even more special is that our client personalized their setup by providing their own linens for the banquet tables and the low and high top tables, adding their unique style to the mix. It's always a pleasure to work with clients who appreciate customization and attention to detail.

Anyone else tired of the over-crowded restaurants on Valentine's Day? Would you love a romantic room to spend time alone with your significant other?

Are you also having a difficult time coming up with a romantic gesture, something special to do for your significant other?

We are coming up with our private room rental Valentine's Day package for 2 in the School House Room of our Venue. We are considering having this room available Feb 13th - Feb 16th.

Pricing and what will exactly be offered to come! We will be posting this week what the actual room will look like when set-up for 2.

Right now we are looking at including the following:
-2 hours in the room (complete privacy)
-A table for 2 with beautiful, romantic decorations
-Bring Your Own food or order from a local restaurant. For additional cost we would pick-up food from the local restaurant and have it available in the room (microwave & refrigerator available with small counter prep space) - option to drop off early
-Dessert for 2 from a local bakery (select from multiple options)
-Water and Coffee station
-Dinner Place Settings (plates, silverware, glasses)
-Cloth napkins
-1/2 dozen roses
-BYOB (bring your favorite wine or other beverages) - option to drop off early
-bottle opener, glasses, stirrers, ice available
-blue tooth speaker
-wifi
-projector, projector screen and computer. Send your slideshow of photos to us in advance and we will have it playing as you walk in the room. This would be a great romantic gesture having a photo slideshow of your love story.
-game options, if wanted
-lounge area away from dinner table
-End the night with a cozy walk around Historic Linglestown. Flashlight provided. Keep your car in our parking lot during your walk and we will provide a walking map with historical facts of buildings/landmarks in the quaint town of Linglestown.

Thanks to the Lower Paxton Christkindlmarkt for taking this wonderful video of our space!

To clarify, this building is not the fire company anymore (they built a new building next door). Weir Event Rentals, who also operates the Linglestown Historic Venue, leases the building from the FC. We have a long-term lease with them, and we operate our business out of this building. We allowed the FireHouse Bar that is in the basement of our building to use our kitchen to sell their food and drinks. Unfortunately, the FC does not want their building signage removed due to their historical nature. This causes confusion for others which has been difficult for us to overcome. Weir Event Rentals has been in business for 10 years with the last 3 years in this building and many more to come!

Sweet Tooth anyone?? Check out Sweet Cordelia’s Cake and Bake Shoppe during the Lower Paxton Christkindlmarkt on December 9th! They will be located in the St. Thomas Room at our Venue, the Linglestown Historic Venue.

Its December which means new case items 🥳 we’ve got this thing loaded with different things including 8 cupcake flavors, new cookie bars, mini cakes, assorted Christmas cookies, fruit tarts, fudge and other stuff!

Sunday, December 3rd is the Linglestown Tree Lighting at 6pm. Afterwards, walk down to the NEW firehouse (past our building - former firehouse) to see Santa and have cookies with hot chocolate. (P.S. We kindly ask that no one parks in our parking lot at the old firehouse since a large wedding is taking place inside - thanks in advance).

Santa and Mrs. Claus are so excited there are only six days to go till they arrive in Linglestown. I heard the Linglestown Fire Co. Ladies Auxiliary is getting every little detail ready for the event. The Ladies and firefighters all hope to see the children and their parents. Countdown has begun. !!

The Linglestown Ladies and Firefighters are almost ready for the Children to come visit Mr.& Mrs. Claus. I heard that the Claus's have special little gifts for the children to receive. We will be hosting the event at the Wildland Fire & Rescue Building.( 5835 Linglestown Rd.) We are so excited you are coming for cookies and Hot Chocolate. This event attracts over 7,000 visitors and grows every year! EtchCraft will be 1 of 5 craft vendors located within our building, the Linglestown Historic Venue, where we will also have the Linglestown Firehouse Bar selling food and serving alcoholic beverages! 🍁✨ Last weekend, we had the pleasure of illuminating a picturesque fall wedding on a family property in Central Pennsylvania. Our Wine Barrel Light Posts and Globe lighting transformed the walkway into a romantic path, guiding guests towards the lovely nuptials. 🍂🌟

The soft, warm glow of our Wine Barrel Light Posts was strung from post to post, creating a magical ambience that added to the charm of the event. To top it off, we connected the lights to our Flower box archway, making it the perfect backdrop for the couple's beautiful ceremony. 💐💫

To keep everyone cozy, the couple wisely rented a tent and heater from our trusted Tent Partners at, Tents & Events. The cozy tent provided a sheltered space for celebration, complete with our carefully curated lighting to add that extra touch of elegance. 🏕️❄️
