✨ On the eve of my first anniversary of ordination into ministry, my heart overflows with gratitude and love. This journey has been one of profound grace, guided by the unwavering support of my family and the incredible mentorship of Rev. Becky Covington, Rev. Rocky Tribble, Rev. Wanda Beebe, and Rev. Frances Fayden. Their wisdom and encouragement have been a light along my path.
Serving precious couples as they step into marriage and walking alongside beautiful souls in spiritual life coaching has been a sacred privilege -- one that blesses me beyond words. "I must have flowers, always, and always." ~Claude Monet ~ There’s something so joyful about a simple bouquet of colorful flowers on the kitchen counter ~ the way they brighten a space, lift the spirit, and remind us to pause and appreciate life’s beauty. Happy Santa Lucia Day!! My son-in-law is from Sweden and he made us traditional Saffron buns like these over Thanksgiving when they were visiting — they were incredibly delicious— they are a holiday tradition on this beautiful saint’s day whose name represents light. ✨

Today is the beautiful Feast of our Lady of Guadalupe — the incredible image of our Lady imprinted on St. Juan Diego’s tilma (poncho) back in the 1500s that is unexplainably still as vibrant in the Cathedral in Mexico City. I love the words that Mother Mary gave to Juan: “Listen and understand, let nothing frighten and afflict you or trouble your heart … Am I not here, I, who am your mother? Are you not under my shadow?” #ladyofguadalupe
