Rustic venue for weddings, parties, proms, showers, banquets, corporate events, reunions, church retreats, or any special occasion to make your event memorable! Weddings run between $2,000 and $3,000 with a non-refundable $500 deposit to hold your date. Cleaning and damage deposits of $500 each are required but will be refunded upon inspection and approval of the grounds. Hello everyone!

As we have announced before, the barn is on the market so we closed bookings until we knew more.

We are now opening bookings for September, October, November, and December! While things are still unknown as far as the sale of the barn, any bookings through the end of the year will be guaranteed.

Please let us know if you have any questions or would like to book an event!

Now that we have notified all of our amazing people individually, it’s time for me to make the announcement public! We are having alot of mixed emotions over this decision but Kevin and I have decided it’s time for us to downsize! We are putting our entire place on the market!

For the last 8 years, Haley and I have enjoyed meeting so many new people, having our friends at the barn, hosting our own events—-so many memories made!

But this momma (Christi 🤣) isn’t getting any younger and it’s time for Kevin and I to downsize. We don’t know where we will end up but I know someone will love this place, and hopefully the barn, as much as we have for twenty+ years!

We all go thru different seasons in our lives and this season is over! Haley has been, as usual, a dream to work with! Ok, ok….she’s the brains of the operation because just like in my every day life-she keeps me organized and sane! I know she is probably looking forward to one less thing to keep me organized in daily!!

To know Haley is to love her! She’s kind, sweet, thoughtful, so loving—I could go on and on and I am so thankful I got to experience this with her! I love you Haley!

To all of our “barn peeps”, y’all don’t know it but that’s what we call everyone who has ever used the barn 🤣…THANK YOU! This has been so much fun! Every one that we’ve ever had come thru the doors of the barn has been amazing to work with!

We will not be taking any more bookings after June 1, 2024. All current bookings are still on the books and will be taken care of just like every one else has in the past!

Depending on how long our place sits on the market, after June 1, if you need the barn for a party or something quick let us know and maybe we can work it out! Again, it just depends on how the selling process goes!

So again, Haley and I are so appreciative of the support from everyone during our 8 year run! We love every one of you—thank you! ❤️❤️❤️

Our Story

Rustic venue for weddings, parties, proms, showers, banquets, corporate events, reunions, church retreats, or any special occasion to make your event memorable! We offer two different wedding packages! The full package is $3,000 and includes access to the barn for your entire wedding day, as well as ample time the day before for set-up. The mini package is $2,000 and includes access to the barn for 6 hours on the day of your wedding; this time includes both set-up and your event. We will also give you 2 hours the day before for set-up.

Both packages require a non-refundable $500 deposit to hold your date. (Deposit will go towards the total fee.) Cleaning and damage deposits of $500 each are also required but will be refunded upon inspection and approval of the grounds. All money is due 30 days prior to the event date.

Other events will be charged at an hourly rate, depending on the event type. Please call us for specific pricing information. For events that last less than 4 hours, cleaning and damage deposits of $100 each are required. For events that last more than 4 hours, cleaning and damage deposits of $200 each are required. Deposits will be refunded upon inspection and approval of the grounds. All money is due 30 days prior to the event date.

Copper Rock Barn is the perfect venue to accomodate most needs for your event. We have 3,000 square feet of space, plus 5 acres outside. Inside, we have bathrooms and dressing rooms that are heated/cooled. The barn is open air but you are welcome to bring in heaters or fans. There is also a kitchenette, which has a sink and refrigerator. You can bring in warmers, crockpots, etc. if needed.
