This might seem like a no-brainer, but truly, test the full system well in advance of start time (i.e. not in the 15 minutes leading up). Making sure that all transitions work, all mics and cues are in place, and breakout rooms are set up are crucial to virtual events running smoothly.

The Loft at Liberty St. threw a fabulous event on Friday night and I always love an excuse to get dressed up! Events are lots of hard work, but getting ready is one of my favorite parts.
