UPDATE on my ongoing FB drama and a PLEA for YOUR HELP!

My personal page was disabled this last Monday. Out of the blue. No reason given. Appeal was denied. At this point I’m not really sure how to move forward. Without a personal page, I can’t access my business pages like I could before.

So, while I get this all worked out. Here are the two most important work around I can think of.

1. CONNECTION: I think if this experience teaches us anything it should drive home the fact that we don’t own our social media. And so we need to build out a back up plan for times like these. Social media cannot be our only line of communication to the people we want to stay connected with. That’s why I’m asking each of you to JOIN OUR EMAIL LIST!
I don’t send emails very often but when I do I try to make sure that they are interesting and relevant. I have control over my email list, unlike social media.

2. HELP ME: While I continue to have limited power here on Facebook, I could use a hand. When you see me post, would you please share? I can no longer share to the local groups where you see me most often. That capability has been removed. I can still post to my page, but I do this through a combination of the meta-business app and from Instagram feeding over to these pages. It’s clumsy, but it’s all I have right now.
But that’s where it will stop unless my FLOWER ARMY jumps in to assist. It’s simple. SEE a post from our farm, SHARE it to your page or group.

I’m anticipating I’m going to have to start all over from zero. That will likely mean a new personal Facebook profile and I’ll have to make a new business page as well. This one will eventually become defunct and if you’re not connected with me you might miss out on that changeover. Please get on the email train. 🙏🏻
