Turkey Brine with ! 1. turkey first . Very aggressive rub with Kosher salt # 2. 1 gallon Apple cider, 1 bag of cranberries mashed , to massive hand full of whole peppercorn, ginger peels , orange peels and the orange slices , thyme , rosemary, orange juice, cranberry juice. Then make sure covered in water. Will sit for 18-24 hrs . This years turkey gets a cranberry glaze !!!!!! More to come
