Versatile Sounds provides some of the highest quality equipmentto present over 60 years of the most popular music. No matter if your crowd enjoys slow dancing to the 50’s & 60’s or likes to party to the newest hits currently filling the air

waves, we have the music to please. But our music is just the beginning. What sets us apart from the other guys is the way we work with your crowd to get them off their seat, on their feet, and dancing. We bring over 7,000 songs to your dance to make sure we are versatile to meet the needs of whoever you have. If it’s younger kids and teens, we have the most current dance songs, if your audience is more mature, we have all of their favorites ranging all the way back to the 1940’s in every music style including rock, dance, techno, country, classic rock, oldies, big band, polkas, waltzes, salsa and more. That way, you know your audience will get the entertainment that they’ll remember provided by an experienced entertainer “versatile” to relate to any crowd. We started Versatile Sounds over 15 years ago after managing some of the largest DJ companies in Wisconsin. Our goal was to provide the best entertainment for the lowest costs possible. In planning an event, everyone ‘s after your dollar. We just felt the entertainment shouldn’t be such a burden on your budget. Vegas Nights Casino Gaming:

After 38 years of entertaining tens of thousands of people, (over 500 weddings) we are retiring from the business. All of our updated and state of the art equipment and music will be sold for half the original price paid to give someone else a chance to enjoy this profession. Only sold as a package. Serious inquiries only. All you need to get started would be a laptop. Everything else plus much more will be added to this to help you out. Perfect if you want to start a mobile DJ or karaoke business or are setting up a DJ booth in a bar. Everything works and sounds great. Last gig used at was December of 2023. What a great way to start the heavy wedding season. John and Beth had a great crowd including Beth’s entire softball team from a few years ago. What a fun crowd. First time we’ve had a bride do a face first slide in a white dress. And for the record, she was safe.

Great way to finish off a busy wedding season for us in 2022. Brian and Caitlin had a beautiful wedding at Timmers on Big Cedar Lake in West Bend and a great party for their reception. A ton of dancing, singing and throw in an ice cream bar from Scoop De Ville and a mini doughnut stand. Thanks to them both for choosing us for their entertainment. The requests never ended. A year in the waiting, this great young couple were married a year ago but hadn’t had their reception until yesterday. Thank You to Mitch and Brittany for allowing us to be their entertainment at the Chandelier Ballroom in Hartford. Absolutely great wedding at The Bog in Saukville. Brad and Gabrielle Lorrigan did a great job planning their big day and we were honored to be a small part of it. The floor was busy all night and the crowd made the night easy with all their requests. What we pride ourselves on is playing what that audience wants, not the same tired list of songs. Hats off to the staff at the Bog. They are at the top of high service and great food.

What can we say about Austin and Angoli’s wedding. They absolutely kicked our butt they were so much fun. The crowd made this as fun for us as we made it for them. Pullmers in Appleton is a top notch facility and this couple is a top notch duo. They planned the absolute perfect wedding reception. Thank you for allowing us to party with you on this huge day.

Wedding Season has officially started. Couldn’t have picked a sweeter couple to kick off the 2022 season with than Cale and Lynze. Family and friends were super fun. Highly recommend Whimsical Roots photography of Hartford for any photo needs you have. Andrea is simply the best.

This event showed the difference of a good and bad facility for weddings. Before you book your wedding venue, call professionals that work there and find out what they are really like. Anyone can tout themselves as being great on the internet, but those that actually work with them can tell you the pitfalls to look out for.

The end to wedding season is finally here. We had 14 weddings in 16 weeks along with a few anniversaries and others to sweeten the pot. This last one was a perfect way to finish our biggest season ever in 35 years. Mike and Kim were so much fun and their guests sure knew how to have a great time. First time playing at this venue but we would definitely recommend it. Congratulations you two crazy kids and thank you so much for allowing us to be your entertainment for this night.

Last weekend we did the longest gig in 32 years of DJing. St. Croix and Pierce Co Relay for Life. A 23 hour gig, 2 PM - 1 PM. Didn’t think we would make it but the great people who are all, or who all have battled Cancer inspired us. The goal was to raise $850k. They raised over $110,000 for the American Cancer Society. Congratulations to you all and thanks for having us up.
