Whether you’re taking sunset portraits in the wildflowers or dancing the night away under our patio string lights, we’re happy to share with you our favorite backdrops that will elevate your wedding photos and allow you to curate a collection of timeless photographs.

Rustic Manor 1848 sits on just under 12 acres of wooded trails and meadows surrounded by the beautiful Bark River, extensive farmland, and features multiple sites for wedding ceremonies and scenic photos.

Let's Talk Head Tables! At your final planning meeting we will create a fully customized floor plan that is unique to YOUR wedding day, and a big part of that layout creation will be deciding on a head table! Wondering what your options are - these are the top three we see couples choose 👇🏼

✨ King's Table - This head table typically includes the newlyweds, wedding party, and sometimes even the wedding party's dates. This is typically a long table, with people sitting on both sides, set up as a centerpiece in the middle of the room. This is an extremely social option as it allows everyone to sit together with their dates and talk easily to people across the table.

✨ Sweetheart Table - This is a small table with only the couple of the evening set at the front of the reception space - just the newlyweds! This is the most intimate option, and it ensures that there won’t be empty seats at any of the big tables while you’re walking around socializing with guests.

✨ Traditional Head Table - This type of head table includes the lovely couple and their wedding party lined up on one side of a long table facing the rest of the reception. This option is great for pictures of your wedding party, since you’ll never catch the back of someone’s head.
