I love being able to have a moment freeze in time. When I look at pictures I can hear the laugh, the giggle or maybe even the cry that brings back memories that connect us back to that time and place. I look forward to planning your memories!
It was a hot summer wedding for these two! Thankfully, we found this GORGEOUS willow tree for photos. It helped shade us and provided a beautiful backdrop! Too bad I can’t take this tree with me to every wedding. 😅

I am always willing to battle the elements if you are. And we had to end this session with a snowball fight. These kids are good aim!
This elopement was so beautiful with the snow coming down. Whatever your wedding day looks like, I will be there. That’s the fun thing about being a photographer and getting in the zone, I forget how cold I am and will keep going with ideas! It’s okay. I’ll warm up later.
These were so much fun to shoot! Katie and Caleb were easy going and loved to laugh. We were so lucky to get beautiful weather and a beautiful sunset! Love these two. They were naturals and in just minutes together you know they are best friends. Who better to marry then your best friend?! Congratulations on your engagement! Uh, did you see her BEAUTIFUL ring!? 😍✨
Hi! I’m not sure I’ve ever done an introductory on my page! My name is MaryBeth, I have been married for 16 years and I have five children. They are growing faster than I can actually believe right in front of my eyes!! We moved earlier this year from Utah to North Dakota. It’s been a transition but we are very happy with the move! I love taking pictures and I love that I get to take those pictures for my clients. Knowing that I am capturing moments that you will get to keep and have forever with you of your sweetheart smiling or laughing at that silly moment during your session. Or maybe it’s tickling your kids and being able to walk past that photo and remember that moment fondly even if they drove you crazy all day. I am here for all of the moments! When I am not taking pictures you can find me with my family, baking, drawing, painting- I love watercolors! or binging a show with my favorite snack, can’t go wrong with chocolate! I’m not picky.. although my husband may tell you otherwise 😆

I had the amazing opportunity to take family photos. She’s an incredible photographer and had me intimidated and feeling like a newbie! (In a good way, makes me want to be better!!) The light was amazing and her family is too adorable.
Mini sessions are almost wrapped up! Love getting to meet people in the area. We had to reschedule this shoot cause the winds were reaching 60mph! The next week ended up being just a little chilly but a beautiful sunset!
These yellows were gorgeous! Family sessions are so much fun. My goofy self comes right out and play with the kids! If you’re ever concerned about how your kids might behave, let me worry about that! I can help capture genuine smiles and personalities. ❤️

THIS OR THAT? Which do you prefer? The beach or the pool? I love the pool! Cooling off on hot days, walking around on the warm concrete (running when it was just too hot!!) and playing tennis or ping pong with my friends. But, there is something about that spritzing of salt water on my face as the waves crash and fizzle out to the beach. Digging my toes into the warm sand and hearing the seagulls fly above. . Boy.. guess I’m undecided 🫣. What was your best water memory?
I love this stage when a baby smiles and you can see their little teeth! Gah, so cute!!
Details 😍✨ One of my favorite things to capture! A cute headband, squishy toes, hands embracing or the elegant lace on a veil. Love seeing it all the pieces put together in the end.

SUMMERTIME TRAVELS?☀️
I got to see a bulk of my husband family a few weeks ago-so much fun AND I am making my bi-annual trip (I try to make it that anyhow) to the east coast this year to see my siblings! Living across the country sucks in that aspect, but I love when I get to see them and we make the most out of it. Summer road trips are the best. This year I’d love to do less sugary treats and crumby snacks for my kids.. any ideas??

Moving has been a big change. New state, new climate, new routines and stores! Amongst all these new things that are different from what I was used to, there is also all of the excitement IN THE NEW! I have amazing family I am near, the sky (which I could stare at all day) and the colors out here are mesmerizing. I am getting the opportunity to raise animals and garden. Lots of things to look forward to here!!
We lived within an hour of each other for yeears in Utah. I loved getting to take their photos over that time and watching their family grow. ❤️ You guys are the best.

Being a parent is hard. The messes they make(impressive, right??), the laundry that is ever piling up, the fighting with their siblings. . It can be overwhelming at times. When I have pictures of my own kids laughing and smiling, seeing their personalities that I adore shine through, it takes me out of my funk. I see my cute little people that I love so much and gives me a boost to keep at it. ❤️

Social media is a tricky thing for me. This is all still so new! I can scroll, like and comment but learning the ins and outs of the algorithms for it is definitely different. . Enjoy this cute family while I keep doing my research. 🤪

How do sunflowers make you feel?? Something about them lightens me up and I can’t help but smile! 🌻 So you can imagine that I was definitely grinning ear to ear capturing these beautiful kids with the beautiful green and pops of yellow!! The blossoms are in full bloom now! Who needs to create their own memories in the sunflower fields??
