I can hardly wait to start Writing my 2nd Book, GIANTS IN NEBRASKA. I AM GATHERING INFORMATION AND PICTURES. I THINK THIS BOOK IS GOING TO BE REALLY INTERESTING. THE STORIES ARE ALL TRUE.... BUT, ALREADY IT IS ALMOST UNBELIEVABLE......IN MY WILDEST DREAMS I would NEVER have Imagined there were GIANTS IN NEBRASKA !

THIS IS ONE TIME THAT I WISHED I HAD LOTS OF MONEY!! I WOULD TRAVEL TO ALL OF THESE SITES AND PERSONALLY INTERVIEW LOTS OF PEOPLE AND TAKE LOTS OF PICTURES. AND WRITE AND WRITE AND WRITE. I WOULD PUT SNOOKSIE IN MY LITTLE BIGFOOT BUGGY (RV) AND GO WEST WOW! WHAT A FANTASTIC, FUN TRIP THAT WOULD BE!

Hello Bigfooters and Friends!

Coming to you Live from Bigfoot Boulevard!!

Here at the Bigfoot Museum, we are entering a new phase for us. Many of you have heard about TEAM 50, but I am sure that you have no idea what I'm talking about. I had never heard of a plan like this before, but I know I have become aware that other museums and churches are implementing similar ideas. At our Bigfoot Museum we get many whammies every winter, the number of guests declines, vacations are over, school is back in session, there’s football (GO BIG RED!) and Snow. The next zinger is that our Bigfoot Handicapped Accessible Garden is closed and the waterfalls are not falling (hopefully not frozen in place). The museum heat bills also double or sometimes triple during the winter (ouch!)

TEAM 50 is a simple proposal where you become a member by donating $50 per month to the Museum. We will very carefully use these funds to help finish some of our re-modeling, complete our new exhibits and match funds for a grant we received that is contingent on matching the first half. In addition, we have a few items that we need for next year, 2025 (our biggest and best year ever!) and for our upcoming Nebraska Bigfoot Conference on April 25-26, 2025 at Fonner Park in Grand Island.

Hi BIGFOOTERS AND FRIENDS!

COMING TO YOU LIVE FROM BIGFOOT BOULEVARD IN HASTINGS NEBRASKA!!

TODAY IS A SUPER SUNDAY. My new day mstarted at 1a.m. so I should be able to get a lot done today....I hit a minor "bump in the road” - my attitude went down the drain. Momentarily.

And now I am getting my thinking back on track...1st. Of all, God said "I will NEVER leave you or forsake you..."so, I am counting on that right now... I am glad I AM NOT A QUITTER!!! I SPENT ALMOST AN HOUR READING THE POSITIVE SLOGANS THAT I HAVE ON MY REFRIGERATOR. THOSE REALLY HELP WHEN I FORGET WHAT I KNOW AND WHAT I PREACH!!

I ALSO HAVE TO STAY AWAY FROM THE DREAM KILLERS...THEY ARE WORSE THAN DRINKING POISON.. and I play my ROCKY MUSIC!! NOT BECAUSE I HAVE A CRUSH ON HIM, ..(YEAH RIGHT...) BUT BECAUSE OF THE EXAMPLE HE SET... I ALWAYS LIKED THE WAY HE TREATED PEOPLE... AND. EVEN WHEN HE WAS KNOCKED DOWN. ... HE NEVER QUIT.. I REALLY LIKE THAT!!! "WINNERS NEVER QUIT AND QUITTERS NEVER WIN!!! TRUST ME!!

SO, I AM OK. AND, I WILL DO WHAT I KNOW HOW TO DO BEST....I AM GOING BACK TO WORK !!! AND NO! I am not retiring.... maybe in 15 or 20 years!! I just had a FLASH BACK..... maybe some of you olde time NEBRASKAN'S remember BOB DEVANEY .. (and then Tom Osborne... BUT, do you remember MRS

Today is a SUPER SATURDAY!!
It is cold. But we missed the over night ice storms we were supposed to have. I am very grateful for that! Today I am officially going to start writing my 2nd Book, GIANTS IN NEBRASKA!! EVEN if you are not from NEBRASKA, I think you will find it quite interesting.

The people that I have met recently certainly are interesting... if any of you have any Information about the TAHOE TRIBE, PLEASE CONTACT ME..I THINK THIS STORY HAS MANY TWISTS AND TURNS..... I AM VERY INTERESTED IN THE ANCIENT TAHOE TRIBE THAT LIVED AROUND LAKE TAHOE.... and I think later they merged with the WASHOE TRIBE. I would very much like to speak with some elders of the TRIBE that still live in the area...AND, I AM VERY INTERESTED IN K NOWING THE PATH THEY TOOK ALL THE WAY TO NEBRASKA AND THE REPUBLICAN RIVER!!!!

FOR THOSE OF YOU WHO STILL LIVE IN THE TOWNS ALONG THE RIVER, WERE THERE EVER ANY REPORTS OF GIANT BONES OR GIANT SKELETONS???? IN ADDITION TO THE GIANT SKELETON THAT WAS FOUND BURIED NEAR GUIDE ROCK, THERE WERE ALSO 4 OTHER TOWNS MENTIONED..... BUT WITH no INFORMATION... Hi BIGFOOTERS AND FRIENDS!

Today is a TERRIFIC THURSDAY
We have a light dusting of snow from Yesterday, and the temperature is dropping.... I have had enough of winter, now I am ready for spring!!!!

I have decided to close the months of December, January and February. It is usually so cold, snow and very few guests... however, if you have a group, or a special occasion, call me 402-705-0000.

I have been VERY BUSY the last few months with remodeling and working on grants... (which is definitely NOT my thing!!!) YESTERDAY, the NEBRASKA DEPARTIENT OF TOURISM sent out 4 of their staff to see the MUSEUM AND GARDENS.. THEY WERE a great group... and they promised to be back in the spring or summer when they could see all of the. Beautiful flowers, waterfalls and rocks!

I am very eager to finish my last 2 BIG PROJECTS. THE MOSAIC GARDEN and the CRYPTIDS ROOM!!!

AND NOW, I AM VERY EXCITED TO BEGIN WORKING ON MY 2ND BOOK!! GIANTS IN NEBRASKA!! THIS IS GOING TO BE VERY INTERESTING, I THINK.. I HAVE JUST BEGAN DOING RESEARCH ON THIS TRUE STORY, and already there are twists and Turns....
If any of you have any old pictures from Guide Rock, NEBRASKA OR OTHER NEBRASKA TOWNS that had reports about GIANTS please contact me. The GIANT SKELETON that was found was an INDIAN and he was from the TAHOE TRIBE.

HI BIGFOOTERS AND FRIENDS!

COMING TO YOU LIVE FROM BIGFOOT BOULEVARD IN HASTINGS, NEBRASKA!!

TODAY IS A SUPER SATURDAY!!!
MY DAY STARTED OFF AT 5 A.M
SNOOKSIE IS CURLED UP AND SNORING WITH GUSTO!!! SHE IS NOT A mMORNING PERSON.. WE HAVE BEEN WORKING DAY AND NIGHT ON OUR HUGE, BIG, EXCITING, EXTRA LARGE REMODELING PROJECTS !!

WE ARE EXPECTING A DELIVERY TODAY OF PART OF OUR LANDSCAPE PROJECT IN OUR MOSAIC SERENITY GARDEN. THE 2ND HALF WILL BE ARRIVING SOMETIME NEXT WEEK

Then we will be eagerly waiting for spring to arrive!!!! We will be planting some burgundy and wine colored Burberry bushes and some knock out roses!!! It should be very beautiful when it is completed for all of our handicapped friends who wanted to see what we see and hear what we hear. BUT the paths in the forest were NOT HANDICAPPED ACCESSIBLE...THEY ARE NOW!!!! (MANY THANKS TO TRACI WHO MADE THIS POSSIBLE!!)

We are removing our waterfall pumps so they don't freeze. I really hate that.... it had been 7 long years since a tornado smashed all of my waterfalls and ruined my pumps.....I really miss that beautiful sound..... HURRY UP SPRING!!!

SO, after today, we will be focusing all of our attention on finishing a couple of BIG PROJECTS on the inside..and I am very eager to start writing MY 2ND book, GIANTS IN NEBRASKA!!I am sure many of you did not know that…..neither did I!! When I wrote my 1st Book, a man told me that I was a cross between SHERLOCK HOLMES and PERRY MASON.... I THINK THAT WAS A COMPLIMENT....

TODAY IS THE DAY AFTER THANKSGIVING
AND IT IS CALLED BLACK FRIDAY...I NEVER LIKED THAT NAME.. WHY DIDN'T THEY NAME IT SUNSHINE FRIDAY? OR, FANTASTIC FRIDAY? how about left over FOOD FRIDAY?? OR FRIENDS FRIDAY??

SO, today I will concentrate on positive thoughts..one of my favorite sayings is on my refrigerator, so I usually see it several times every day... write this down and post it!!! GOD 'S FAVORITE WORD.....IMPOSSIBLE!
I LOVE THAT !! IT HAS BEEN ON MY REFRIGERATOR at least 30 years... it is a little worn and faded. But I don't care..I specialize in doing the impossible... if you don't believe me , come and spend an afternoon at my MUSEUM... or, attend my upcoming 7th ANNUAL BIGFOOT CONFERENCE THE WEEKEND after EASTER..... or, ......
buy my first book, A WALK ON THE WEIRD SIDE IN NEBRASKA, and when we have our first blizzard settle in for a good read...( by the way. I am just starting my 2nd book. GIANTS IN NEBRASKA!!

I HAVE 4 new EXHIBITS, 2 new projects and 2 DREAMs that I decided last night I am going to GO FOR!!!! SO, YOU SEE, GOD WAS RIGHT. HIS FAVORITE WORD IS IMPOSSIBLE!! AND I BELIEVE IT!!

TODAY IS A SUPER SUNDAY!!
I HAVE GONE TO CHURCH, HAD GUESTS AT THE MUSEUM, WORKED ON MY LATEST AND BIGGEST PROJECT.

I AM HAVING A MAN PUT A NEW ACRYLLIC FLOOR DOWN IN MY PATIO. (THE MAIN ENTRANCE TO MY FIRST MUSEUM. PREVIOUSLY, THE FLOOR WAS CEMENT AND IT WAS SO HARD TO CLEAN BECAUSE EVERYTHING STUCK TO IT..

THE ACRYLLIC is A VERY HIGH GLOSS and nothing sticks to it!!! I am VERY HAPPY!! AND IF SOMEONE TRACKS IN MUD OR SPILLS SOMETHING, I CAN CLEAN IT UPWITH WATER!! IT IS A BIG ROOM, AND IT WILL BE REALLY BEAUTIFUL.... AND DIFFERENT!!! I AM VERY HAPPY AND EXCITED!! I WILL FINISH THE CEILING. AND CONTINUE TO PUT FLAGS OF THE FOREIGN COUNTRIES THAT VISIT OUR MUSEUM!!!

THE VERY NEXT DAY AFTER THIS REMODELING IS COMPLETE WE WILL "ATTACK" MY 3RD BUILDING. IT IS A COMBINATION OF A CRYPTID ROOM, ELEPHANT HALL THAT I STARTED WHEN I WAS 13 (I FOUND PART OF A LEG BONE OF A WOOLY MAMMOTH ELEPHANT!!) AND MY THIRD ROOM IS A CREATION ROOM, INSPIRED BY MY GREAT FRIEND, AND MENTOR, JOE TAYLOR WHO HAD THE MT. BLANCO FOSSIL MUSEUM IN CROSBYTON, TEXAS.

IN THE CRYPTID ROOM I WILL ALSO HAVE A REALLY DIFFERENT ACRYLLIC FLOOR !!

IN CLOSING, I WOULD LIKE TO SHARE ONE OF MY FAVORITE QUOTES....
"SOMEONE once told me not to bite off more than I could chew." I said, "I’d rather choke on GREATNESS than nibble on MEDIOCRITY...."THAT has become one of my major life philosophies.

TODAY IS A SUPER TERRIFIC MONDAY!!!
IT IS SUPPOSED TO BE 60 AND SUNNY ALL DAY!!! WOW! SPRING IS FINALLY HERE!! IN FACT, IT IS SUPPOSED TO BE 60 this entire week, and no rain!!! So we are heading outdoors. And working like crazy to get some outdoor projects finished and a couple new ones started and finished!!! That is so good for us, because then it will eliminate jobs in the spring.

When we get busy with last minute jobs for our INTERNATIONAL BIGFOOT CONFERENCE APRIL 25 AND 26.. WE WILL BE AT FONNER PARK IN GRAND ISLAND !!!!! And every year we get BIGGER AND BETTER!!

I HAVE made a BIG DECISION FOR US!!! I HAVE DECIDED TO CLOSE HERE FOR THE WINTER MONTHS STARTING DECEMBER 1ST. WE WILL ALSO BE CLOSED JANUARY AND FEBRUARY.

HOWEVER, IN MARCH WE MAY RE-OPEN, DEPENDING ON THE WEATHER. MANY TIMES MARCH COMES IN LIKE A LION, AND GOES OUT LIKE A LAMB....

HOWEVER, THERE IS ONE EXCEPTION... DURING THESE MONTHS I WILL BE VERY FLEXIBLE FOR YOU.... I KNOW THAT MANY OF YOU HAVE FRIENDS AND FAMILY VISITING DURING THE HOLIDAYS AND FOR SPECIAL OCCASIONS. I WILL OPEN FOR YOU!! IF YOU CALL AND MAKE RESERVATIONS..( HOPEFULLY A WEEK IN ADVANCE) SO I CAN PLAN MY WEEK AROUND YOU.!!!!

THIS WINTER WE WILL BE RE-DOING SOME EXHIBITS, EVPANDING OTHERS, AND, ADDING TO OUR CURRENT EXHIBITS.. WE WILL BE AVAILABLE FOR FIELD TRIPS , AND I love going to your groups and giving a talk or a demonstration. I also enjoy the HOME SCHOOLERS AND THE "SPECIAL PEOPLE FROM GROUP HOMES..!!

THIS IS ONE OF MY FAVORITE QUESTIONS, "DID YOU EVER THINK OF.....????" AND most times, I NEVER. THOUGHT OF IT....BUT, I GUARANTEE YOU, I WILL START THINKING ABOUT IT NOW!!!

I am also very happy and excited to begin working on my 2nd. book, GIANTS IN NEBRASKA!! This is a true story and it is already unfolding every day!!! VERY, VERY INTERESTING. SOON, I WILL BE ABLE TO SAY WHAT PAUL HARVEY USED TO SAY, "NOW YOU KNOW THE REST OF THE STORY..."
