Director Blake Kelley here with a shout out post. Thank you to everyone who showed up to make this event happen. Thank you to the board and the volunteers. Jim was a fantastic help showing the young ones how to set up their new rods. Matt, Rory, Tim, and Jeff, thank you for running the event and taking care of all the set up. It takes a lot of work behind the scenes to put these events together and I am super proud of my board. Thank you to the wives/girlfriends and families of our board for helping out and picking up the slack so we are able to run these events. We managed to give away all the kits we had availible. We love giving back to our community and specifically to our youth. Thank you to all the parents who brought their kids out to grab a new set up! We will be doing a similar event hopefully near fishing opener in 2025. So many happy faces and im ecstatic with how many of the families immedietly went out to fish after recieving their set up at lake Rebecca. Shout out to Hastings, Dakota County and the great state of Minnesota for allowing us a place to host the event. We will be sharing some photos from today in the near future.
