Caroline’s florals were truly show stopping!!! (I mean do you expect any less out of ?!)
She utilized a bar for her DJ booth and added a floral statement for a twist on your traditional DJ setup! The bar was a centerpiece of the entire reception flanked on both sides with huge statement florals that complimented the cake display, DJ booth and personal florals perfectly!

Amazing, and definitely one of my favorite wedding designs to date!!!

“When I started the wedding planning process right after getting engaged, I thought I didn’t need a wedding planner. I thought since I knew exactly what I envisioned my wedding being like that meant we could execute everything ourselves. That is so far from the truth! If I could tell new brides one thing, it would be to hire a wedding planner. You may think it’s not in your budget; however, you need them to even execute your budget. You will need them to be the liaison between you and your vendors. You will absolutely wish you had them to execute the minute details of rehearsal and wedding day. You don’t need just any wedding planner — you need Olivia Miley’s team! She truly went beyond what we expected from her. She provided us with the resources we didn’t know we needed, got the answers we needed from vendors when we couldn’t get them ourselves, created the perfect timeline for wedding day, suggested several options for vendors based on my wants/needs, and was a listening ear/friend throughout the entire process! An added bonus was that we got Olivia’s assistant, Jamie, as well for wedding day. Jamie and Olivia are the perfect team! I’ll never forget Jamie checking in with me throughout the day and how it calmed my nerves! We are SO GLAD we had Olivia Miley Events to guide us throughout the process of wedding planning!”

We know…that’s a long post! But we also know that OME had a hand in bringing The Standland’s wedding to the next level through the planning process, while still being aware of budget, personal style, and overall personality of our couple. These details are simply incredible!!!

So many people have the idea that a wedding planner’s job only happens on wedding weekends! While I love a good Saturday filled with work, the bulk of the work for us is in the details 🤍 it’s the Monday-Friday, way beyond the 8-5, business planning, bill paying, growth strategizing…oh and wedding planning!!! That’s just some of the work that leads to a successful Saturday!

We’re always helping with wedding shoes, but today, we’re kicking our own shoes off! It’s vacation time, and the Olivia Miley Events office is officially closed for the week!

Of course, as a small business owner, does the work ever stop? Nope! Our precious brides know exactly how to reach us. We will monitor our emails for time sensitive matters, and tend to all others when we’re back in the office. 🤍

Any photo from Liz and Corey’s wedding day makes me go back to childhood singing “I’ve got the joy, joy, joy, joy down in my heart!” …I hope that’s stuck in everyone’s head now!

In all honesty, we had some major hiccups on this wedding day that our team worked tirelessly to rework, and that makes the joy in the photos even better!!! You would NEVER know looking at a single photo .collective.photography captured!

EVERY BRIDE needs a wedding planner in some capacity. Whether that be month of coordinating or full planning, having someone to take the pressure off on wedding day, it is so valuable for the bride and groom can have all the joy the whole day despite any issues with the day!

OME is steadily booking 2025 weddings, and we can’t wait to meet the amazing brides we get to serve!

We are so blessed to be able to serve so many amazing brides, and while the crazy busy season is exhausting, we’d much rather be working!!! As you can see, the right reception entertainment can convince us to have a little fun too 😉

The Blue & White wedding of my (and Lauren’s 🤪) dreams!!! Lauren and Michael celebrated a gorgeous family wedding as they said I do at her grandmother’s home! This courtyard was the perfect setting for an intimate ceremony and dinner served by our friends at 🤍 I’ve known for over 10 years, so it’s only right that I brought out my bag of floral fun for her big day (IYKYK!!!)
And of course, captured everything better than we could imagine!

What a perfect way to kick off a busy few months of wedding season!!!
